Terrible company.
I ordered a pair of trainers on the 12th of June 2025 it is now 25th of July 2025 the company keeps saying they’re looking into it, blaming the courier and to be patient !!

Still waiting for my order I placed on 7th July still not received goods
Never received the order I placed on 7th July. Received confirmation and a tracking number and nothing since. Have contacted 3 times and no response. Currently on the phone to the bank for a refund. Have since found the Directors of Hanman are on Companies House - Hitesh and Sheetal Makwana and their address is Richmond London. The website is now empty and says opening again soon - so I would imagine they are going to do this again and rip off many more people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Do not order from these! I order 2 pairs of trainers, got a notification saying they were on the way then nothing. After a couole of weeks, emailed them asking where they were, gave me a load of bull, then they blocked me. Started an investigation with my bank to return my money.

Feeling ripped off
Total con. Ordered a pair of trainers, 21st June 2025 after reading rave reviews. Contacted them on 30th June, they responded quickly and promised that my order had been fast tracked and was ready for shipping, which would happen within 2-3 days. It was clearly a lie. It looks as though it is a premeditated scam. They need to prove otherwise. I’ve Contacted my credit card company who have refunded me whilst they investigate.

Scam company!
If i could give zero I would, ordered adidas trainers on offer from this company 3 weeks after ordering I still had not received them, waited another week and nothing. I claimed my money back at my bank. They're a total scam.npkease do not buy from them.
I see that their last website has shut down and they're launching a new one soon ..apparently 😳

Similar to many on here. Paid for 2 pairs of trainers and heard nothing else.
Contacted support and they said they were en-route.
Went to check on order yet again and the website is gone, but a new one will be coming soon. Be the first to know! Can't wait.

Unfortunately unable to give zero stars! Order 2 pairs of Trainers, confirmation email of shipping and tracking number received on 30/06/25 no goods received the same as hundreds of other people on here. Emails not responded to and the link to the website is a dead end. These people need to be identified and prosecuted a blatant scam in its simplest form.

Sadly ordered two pairs of trainers and have fallen foul of this scam! Tracking number sent but doesn’t exist, emails sent but bounced back. Unable to contact this company. Am now claiming back through my credit card and hoping they refund. Do not fall for this scam… I just hope whoever is behind this gets caught one day
