HANMAN. 

When I ordered some trainers I was told that my order had gone through and they would be shipped within 1-3 days and was given a tracking number, which did nothing. I emailed after 5 days to be told demand was high so they might take up to 14 days. After 20 days emailed a number of times to be blanked. I ended up getting a refund from my payment card due to it being a scam. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THESE DIRTY BAS…..ARDS.

Fake scam company with fake products. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! You will lose your money.

I have done some research. They are a couple from Richmond called Hitesh and Sheetal Makwana. They appear to be a typical family yet they are scamming thousands of people not only in the UK but globally! I don't think it is their first scam.

Another shocking aspect is that she runs a children's club and appears to come across very sweet and caring. This is a documentary in the making!

Hanman sell fake Birkenstocks.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered off Hanman. I chased my order to be told there was a delay as they were very busy. Now, as others have said, the website has gone and emails are undelivered!! Shocking!

Terrible, I ordered and paid £46 for some trainers on 25th June . I can't get in touch with anyone and the email address that I had for them is no longer available. DO NOT order anything from these scammers

Can't believe I fell for this - complete SCAM!

AWFUL. Scam. Placed an order over a month ago, received a (fake) tracking number and no parcel. Site is now down and emails are bouncing.

Wish I’d read Trustpilot earlier. Bought 2 pairs of adidas trainers and they never arrived. Fell for the scam . Do NOT buy from them

Wish I had read these reviews first!! Ordered Handball Spezial trainers for £45 after getting a Facebook suggestion. All looked very professional, emailed receipt etc stating 5-7 days dispatch and a tracking number.

Nothing received after 2 weeks, sent an email and had a reply saying due to high demand it would be about 14 days and they confirmed they had been sent to the courier that day.

After almost a month since my order placed, nothing has arrived. Clicking the tracking link resulted in a "thank you for subscribing" message - and seems clear from other reviews that this is a scam. Have referred to my bank for a refund.

Complete scam. Have taken my money for Adidas trainers and sent tracking number. Have not received anything.

Scam. Never received. No reply to emails

Do not order from this company. I found a customer service email address which turns out doesn't exit. Tried to contact them about an order that has failed to arrive and the email address given does not exist. Obviously a scam that I unfortunately fell for. Why are they still able to advertise when so many people have paid for goods and received nothing and not been refunded??

They have stolen my money and the provided email address just bounces back. Frustrated with myself for falling for this

Sadly, I also fell for the scam, you will never receive your order and there will be no way of contacting the company as the website is now down. Beware there is another company going by a different name on Facebook selling the same items.

Order 2 pairs of trainers cost £70 got some feed back then nothing checked tracking still said on way last emails not getting answered totally disappointed in this terrible way to treat people don’t buy from them total Scam

Instagram (Meta) should be held responsible for people’s lost money seeing as these clowns have disappeared off the face of the earth. It’s 2025 and we are still getting scammed all the time. New page using the same adverts but with a different name now going around for the next lot and Meta do zero.

I am another victim of this scam company. Goods advertised on Facebook, suspiciously cheap, email immediately said goods dispatched next day. Tracking number kept saying not dispatched. Their emails kept saying this was normal!

Now not answering emails and website goes to dead link, in development.

Claiming back from credit card.

Facebook, clearly don't care that their site is a vehicle for scam companies. Zuckerberg is multi billionaire, I can see why

Wouldn’t give any stars if I could have absolutely appalling !! Do not even entertain ordering with this fake company, the website has now gone ( I think they are training under new name on Instagram website looks the same ) in the process of doing a claim back through bank . DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING !!!
