HANMAN. 

Placed order on 28 June 25. Chased up a week later and was told order may take upto 2 weeks to arrive. Have received nothing. It's now 28 July. I've emailed them but nothing back. Just checked after reading these reviews and the website has indeed been taken down. Been totally scammed :(

Ordered a pair of Birkenstocks at a discount way back in May. Never received a confirmation e-mail and never received my order. Took my money though.......

Ordered and nothing. Site does not update and tracking says shipped but nothing. Complained to my bank and they refunded me instantly. Avoid these scammers and all social media sites need to ban them.

SCAM!! Currently trying to get money back via Lloyds bank. On top of this, I have now had my address and contact details used to open a Very account where they had racked up £2900 of goods! Be careful!

I placed an order in mid-June and received nothing. The company took my money, never delivered the items, ignored all contact, and has now taken down their website – a clear sign of fraudulent activity.

After reading through similar reviews, it's obvious this was a scam from the start. Sadly, it seems many people have been caught out.

According to Companies House, the company was registered under the names Hitesh Makwana and Sheetal Makwana, based in Richmond, London.

I have reported them to the Office of Fair Trading and Action Fraud UK, and I urge others to do the same.

This needs to be investigated properly – they are preying on customers and must be held accountable.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my package to arrive, sent numerous emails, and had zero replies. I believe this is a total scam, stay clear of this company.
I am now putting a claim in, with my credit card to try and get my money back. Shocking company, and belive it to be a scam.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers and never received, my emails kept bouncing back and no other way of contacting them, website also not available! The offer was too good to be true! Unfortunately I fell for it! Do not use this company.

Scam! Ordered 3 pairs of adidas trainers and not arrived, have sent several emails all with no reply, next step is claw back from my credit card company. Do not purchase anything from this site.

Order never delivered - company is a scam

need minus starts - worst ever, taking peoples money then not shipping the goods and blocking emails. Unfortunately paid using revolute and have not purchased their insurance so am unable to claim anything back. It is appalling that companies can get away with this.

Scam!!!!! don't order anything. Items I bought are still pending delivery and I can't contact Hanman for detail's.

It's a scam, never received goods and now email to company bounces back, avoid!

COMPLETE SCAM! Avoid at all costs. Ordered trainers 26th June and still nothing delivered. Initial response saying they are ready for dispatch. My follow up emails bounced so they have blocked me from contacting them. They took the money and ran!!

Ordered trainers 22nd June , after numerous emails got answer saying not to worry order on way ! Still not got order 24th July , not answering my emails

Order 2 pairs of trainers took money straight away no show tried to contact them email address not recognized went on trustpilot to find out more all i see scam scam scam so don't order anything of this site
