Delay to provide inventory (4 working days) and need to remind them
I am unhappy with my experience with Hammonds estate agents for many reasons. One of the is that it is now 4 working days after the check in for the tenant and I am yet to receive the inventory. The tenant has not received it either and he has complained to me about it. I have emailed Hammonds to requested. However I believe they needed to have provided it in a timely manner and without needing me to remind them.
