CS Block Management - avoid

CS Block Management - landlords beware. This company never answers the phone (voicemail the only option). It failed - despite three requests over 2 months - to send me a parking permit for the property I own, sending it to the tenants in error, even though the company manages to send me its annual bill to my home address! Those who deign to respond to my voicemail message are dismissive and defensive, verging on rude, not admitting to any oversight or fault. Extremely unhelpful company. If you're a landlord, AVOID THEM!
