Thanks for your order and one star review Beth. If you don't contact us there is not much we can do. It also helps if you track your order on the courier website. According to our records you ordered on the 16th, we sent it via DPD on the 17th and DPD say that that they delivered it on the 19th - their website says "Your parcel is waiting for you at home, (left in Front Porch) at 12:43 on Thu 19 Dec 2024" and it shows a photo of where they delivered it. Please lodge a complaint with DPD.

Halfwine Limited offers an easy online ordering process with prompt delivery. The site is user-friendly, and the quality and selection of half bottles are excellent. It's especially nice that they deliver to Northern Ireland, where half bottles can be hard to find. The wines are well-packaged and the service smooth. I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!

Good products but disappointing to find…
Good products but disappointing to find that the premium set of 4 bottles was merged in with the mixed selection of reds despite being in 2 boxes. If these were gifts that I did not look at then they would have gone to wrong people.
