In general, Haus Block Management do a good job. They are very professional and organised. The portal that is used for communications is decent - but it has a few glitches. The cadence of communicatio... See more

They are terrible! I keep on calling them and they always have an excuse for not helping me. My account is sitting with a penalty fee for a long time now even though I called them explaining that I have set up a standing order so the fee should be removed. Nobody answers my emails so there is no proof of what they say which is cheeky and works in their favour hence all the excuses over the phone.

I recently needed to book an appointment for a fire door inspection and wasn’t sure how to do it myself, so I had been putting it off. Brenton was extremely helpful and made the whole process straightforward. He kindly offered to arrange the appointment on my behalf and was very happy to help throughout. His support made everything much easier, and I really appreciated his friendly and professional approach. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend him.

Genavieve was very responsive and helpful in resolving my issues expediently

I have taken off a star as unfortunately there were ongoing technical problems getting into the portal, which was very frustrating. This was no reflection on Genavieve who was extremely helpful in sorting out access today when everything was resolved.
Genavieve responded very quickly and kept me informed.
Haus have only just taken over our development, so hopefully things will go smoothly. The portal now seems to be working and was easy to navigate.

They only good in sending unreasonable chargers...
Lift in 8 story building normally broken few times a year for 2-4 weeks and broken agai, but no actions, they not giving any updates, everything as usual...
bin store area normally stinks like public toilet
Front door in to the building often broken, anyone can get in and out...
Electrical cupboards built with combustable materials, but nobody care
BUT!!! If someone trying to do renovation in the appartment, they doing they best to stop it: calling in the middle of the night, sanding LFB, asbestos inspection, local council, etc... but at the same time to isolate electricity in case of emergency you need to go to another floor and dig in cupboard full of asbestos. Even local electrical engineers afraid to open it...
Horrible! Horrible behaviour, Horrible service... try to avoid or change them if possible...

I had a very positive experience with HAUS Block Management — the service was professional, efficient, and well handled throughout.

The company always keeps up with its regular checkings. On such an event, the staff member Brenton's response is quick and high quality.

Lizzane, I just wanted to say a sincere "Thank You" for all your help, kindness and support over the years regarding my son’s property.
You have always been so approachable, patient, and supportive, and it has genuinely meant a great deal to both of us.
Dealing with property matters can often be stressful, but your willingness to help whenever needed, made such a difference along the way.
It is rare to come across someone who cares so much and consistently goes the extra mile, and I truly wanted you to know how much your efforts have been appreciated.
Thank you once again for everything you have done over the years. We will always remember your kindness and support.
With warmest thanks and very best wishes
Mavis

Ethan Barraclough has been managing our small estate in central London for over a year now. Ethan is hard-working conscientious and gets things done. He has made a big difference to the standard of management of our small but very complex housing scheme. Ashley Britz, the administrator for the major works team, has also helped get some momentum going for the major refurbishment projects that have been urgently needed for sometime at our site. It is a pleasure to work with both Ethan and Ashley. Their efforts are very much appreciated by the Directors of the Freehold.

Terrible services. Very slow to fix issues, inflated costs for no reason, no transparency, terrible communication...Save time, money and stress and use a different building management company.
EDIT: some of the issues are car park gates broken for months with no update (leading to thieves coming in, someone came to fix them and within two weeks they are broken again), Haus increasing their admin fee this year by 900% without any explanation, Haus not providing the 2024 accounts to the new managing company, ...

Extremely unprofessional management of an essential service outage affecting around 100 flats, including vulnerable residents.
Hot water restoration deadlines were missed, communication was inadequate, and the issue is continuing into a bank holiday weekend. This is not an isolated incident, raising concerns about planning, contingency management, and whether lessons are being learned.
We were told residents have no ability to change the managing agent despite repeated service failures, which makes accountability even more important.
The standard of service falls below reasonable expectations.

Genavieve Williams is amazing, she was very quick to assist me and resolve my query. However, my overall experience with HAUS has been quite disappointing. Before Genavieve stepped in, none of my emails were answered for several days, and all their correspondence arrives a month later than is dated, making it obsolete, such as the information about the general meeting in April arriving in May.

Useles managing agent - does not fix any real problems, slow to respond and overcharges on service charge every time.

Great service from Genavieve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a really positive experience thanks to Genavieve. She reached out proactively and took the time to pull together all the documents I needed, which I genuinely appreciated. She was organised, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than I expected.
A small thing on her side, but it made a big difference on mine. Thank you, Genavieve.

They conduct AGM for NSQ and break rules of not recording AGM, and they also open about request for not recording is from NSQ board. Seems Board members are controlling HAUS. Did Board and HAUS voilated the Company's Articles of Association ?. During AGM, leaseholder requested meeting to be recorded and HAUS didnt do it. Unfair practise and leasholders questions were ignored. Leaseholders emails are being ignored. HAUS is refusing to relect Board Members, also refusing to call EGM.

Block B, Lighterage Court, 41 High Street, Brentford.
The lift at this site, has been out of service for 3 months, without clarity on when this problem will be solved.
This, in a 5 story building, with seniors...
Horrible handling of the situation, edging the state of inhabitation level.

We got Right to Manage for our building in autumn of 2024 & have been so impressed with how Haus took over managing it.
Our current building manager, Jennie Roos, in particular, is an absolute star: calm, confident & conscientious in her approach & absolutely dependable.
There were many issues to resolve following over 10 years of mismanagement by the previous building management company (who were employed by the Freeholder & actively engaged in maximising profit for them).
Haus are systematically sorting out all of these legacy issues (from neglected maintenance to outstanding debts & missing compliance) - while providing excellent value.
We also want to give particular credit to Katerina Kaplanova, our project manager for the cladding issue that’s arisen in the last year or so.
She’s incredibly experienced, capable & committed to ensuring we get the best outcomes possible from the works that the developer will undertake.
Both of them are also great to work with - funny & frank as well as formidably organised & efficient.
