The barbell itself was pretty nice, , but delivery was terrible
The barbell itself was pretty nice, but unfortunately the delivery service you used was terrible.. delayed my shipment for a while then when the barbell arrived the package was damaged leaving a lot of dust and debris on my barbell.. I had to geta brush and brush it for a while to get rid of all the debris or dust or whatever from the knurling areas. Luckily the barbell bearings seems to be undamaged.

The real deal in gym equipment
I am a PT and sprint coach and this is the second time I have purchased from Gym and Fitness QLD after carefully reviewing feedback on many stores. They have been outstanding on both my orders. I have set up a complete home gym through Gym and Fitness. The quality of the Force USA brand they sell is 10/10, especially for the reasonable price you pay compared to more expensive brands for similar quality (added bonus it looks v good!). Also, the gym arrived within 3 or 4 days of me placing the order and I live in regional QLD. Same thing happened when I placed another order for a GHD machine, quick delivery of quality machine at a very good price. Special thanks to Dan G for his help with my orders both times. Cannot recommend them enough and will stay with them for all my gym needs.

Force USA C20 Gym & Fitness Gold Coast
I recently purchased a Force USA C20 from Gym and Fitness Gold Coast and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Gabe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the differences between several machines, including the G20 and the C20, and helped me choose the setup that best suited my home gym.
What I really appreciated was that there was no pressure to buy. Gabe answered all my questions, explained the cable ratios and features clearly, and even put together a great deal including the sliding bench and weight stack upgrade.
Being able to see the equipment in the showroom and compare the different models in person made a big difference. The C20 is an incredible machine and will be the centrepiece of my home gym for many years.
Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend Gym and Fitness Gold Coast to anyone looking to build a serious home gym setup.

Adelaide delivery.
After finding that their Adelaide store had closed, I rang the Gym & Fitness enquiry centre regarding me wanting to purchase a home gym.
The staff were firstly apologetic about the Adelaide details still being on the website, but also very helpful with me getting the specific gym I was after, plus delivered for a very fair price.
Job well done, great customer service, will definitely look to Gym & Fitness for my next purchase.
