Very good quality products
Very good quality products, large selection and nice website design. The best in europe! But there are only two things that i have noticed.
First - when you put a product in the shoppinglist and go back to previous page the product dissapears, so when you want to make your shoppingcart full you have to always go through the menu.
Secondly - I do not recommend buying the laser cut fret rocker since its not straight. I bought two of them and both are not working correctly, wich is a shame.
Otherwise still my go to luthiertools market 👌

Order took two weeks although I payed…
Order took two weeks although I payed for express delivery. Turned out that they were on summer break and nobody was there to process the order. Order status was 'Complete, waiting for dispatch' all the time. Wrote in the chat. No answer. Wrote an email, just an automated reply and the first hint about the summer break. Finally received the product in an UPS express bag that I payed 22 Euros for. What a laugh. There should have been a hint about the summer break on the website or at least in the order confirmation. But there was none.

To clarify, during our summer break, a notification was displayed on our website, indicating our temporary closure and the unavailability of our team for shipping and responding to inquiries. Additionally, an automated message was sent with each order confirmation, though it’s possible this may have been filtered into your spam folder.
Regarding the "Express" shipping method, this refers to the courier service (UPS) delivery time, and not the dispatch time from our facility.
As for the shipping cost (€22), this is calculated and determined by UPS based on the size and weight of the package. We don’t profit from shipping charges, nor do we add costs for packaging materials. That said, we are improving our packaging for smaller items and will soon transition to custom cardboard boxes for a better shipping experience.

Everything was good, but...
Everything was good. Good choice of products, very fast reaction of the staff. When I needed to add a product to already completed order, it was done quickly and efficiently.
Negative experience: too high shipment cost to Switzerland makes not expensive orders impossible. In my opinion you MUST use not only UPS or whatever, but less expensive ways as well, even if they take longer. You should be more flexible and provide more than one shipment option to customers.
For example: StewMac online shop, if you pay for membership about 60 USD a year, ships my purchases from the USA to Switzerland free of charge. It takes a couple of weeks, which is no problem in most cases. If you want to receive the ordered things quicker, it costs about 20 USD.
Again, I like G&W very much but the shipping price in many cases is prohibiting.
