I was panicking after ordering a set of 3 suitcases through Wowcher, as I read the reviews here after I clicked buy! I ordered on Thursday and they have arrived this morning (Monday) even though the order said they wouldn't be here until September. The suitcases seem good quality, but the real test will be when I take them with me on holiday. Seems like I was one of the lucky ones after reading reviews on here.

DO NOT USE. Either directly or through Wowcher. They are a scam. Take your money and receive nothing. Their phone line states they don't take calls due to COVID!!!!! And they won't answer emails.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole ! Absolutely no correspondence, no customer service whatsoever, cancellation and refund on wowcher requested within minutes of purchasing, and no replies at all ... Disgusting service

Brought some suitcases from them via Wowcher. Paid for 5 day delivery and after 5 days they still haven't arrived. The phone number doesn't work because they're all working from home due to COVID, even though everyone else is back to normal. Absolutely awful.

Edit 09/08/24 - I never did get my suitcases. There was absolutely no correspondence from this company even when I complained to Wowcher. I ended up giving Wowcher a negative review here and they issued me a full refund, even after I had redeemed the Wowcher.

keep away from wowcher they take your money right away and get nothing in return no customer service from wowcher or groundlevel

Terrible customer service, you get zero response from anyone. We’re now without the suitcases and we had to pay an extra £40 for delivery on top of the cost of the suitcases. Avoid at all cost!!!!

I ordered two garden hoses via Wowcher.
One was delivered and one went missing.
Evri confirmed the parcel as missing, I have contacted both Wowcher and this company and no one can give me a refund.
Wowcher passes the buck to ground level but they never reply.
I have tried to email them and they don’t reply and the telephone number on the website doesn’t work.

I Ordered a 4 Piece Hard Shell luggage Set through Wowche early June, it was meant to be delivered to their warehouse 24 June. I went to collect from the warehouse and was told it wasn't there. I have emailed to chase but there has been no reply. The communication is so poor. I have just seen all these reviews to show that they have poor customer service.

Ordered pair of Luxury Gravity Garden Sun Lounger / Relaxer Chairs via Debenhams website. (£119) Chairs arrived and one was broken, I took pictures as per instructions including the order reference etc and emailed the company with a request for a replacement. After three emails I have still not received a response. I will be going for a charge back. I will never order from a reseller on the Debenhams website again or buy from these resellers directly. Wish I had seen the reviews beforehand .

I paid £74.99 for a zero gravity chair from B&Q facilitated by this company. They sent the chair with no cushion and it's nothing like the one pictured. A dreadful experience. I wish I'd have checked Trust Pilot before I bought. I'll never trust B&Q again! B&Q should bin this bunch ASAP.

Use them and I guarantee nothing but trouble!!

My order went missing,
I contacted ground level customer-services about 4 times
WOWCHER supposedly referred me to them aswell. 2 weeks later and I have never had a responce, although they say give them up to 48 hours??? Had to contact my bank in the end to get refunded

Ordered a planter through wowcher. From this scam company. Meant to be delivered on 31st of may. Nothing. Email and ignored. Can't talk to them as because of covid they work from home. Covid lol was 2 years ago. I'm going to report them to trading standards. Avoid at all cost

Not worth one star. The bench (self assembly) was left outside my front door. It was badly damaged. I emailed them with photos. They haven’t replied. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!

Ordered through Wowcher. Voucher redeemed with delivery 6th June or before, delivered to Amazon 5th June, No communication, not able to reach them they don't reply to messages, and by telephone they're working from home due to covid 19 which ended years ago!!!! Appalling service. I'm now back in touch with my credit card company to hopefully get refunded although even Wowcher are not responding now.

But very poor service no customer service to many delays getting back to you my advise is do not buy from wowcher or groundlevel.
To much hassle trying to get your order.

All I can say yet again as fed up with this company.. go elsewhere save yourself the grief of trying to.locate them and receive replies. Absolutely aweful customer service infact there is none!! Missing parts ony goods bad bad packaging damaged and just forget it.

Order a gaming chair from this awful campany through wow her for my sons Christmas still haven’t received it I have contacted wowcher through WhatsApp and keep getting the same automated messages getting nowhere money lost and a very upset child.

Absolute scammers, thieves and con artists. DO NOT EVER BUY from these thieves or you better hope and pray you are happy with the poor quality merchandise.
