DO NOT buy any suitcases from this company. Mine fell apart before I even left for the airport. The handle snapped off and one of the wheels came off. The wheels do not swivel, they just drag. The customer service is just as bad. They took no accountability for selling defective products and refused any refund or replacement. If I could give no stars I certainly would. Absolutely disgraceful company & products.

I ordered a banana parasol with lights and a blue tooth speaker and it was through woucher. Never again the product was not the one I ordered and also it’s faulty. I have contacted woucher for a refund and also the delivery charge of £14.99. This was in May and I still have not yet received my refund. I am still waiting. I will never use this company or woucher. Avoid at all costs .

I have not received my suitcases that I ordered through Tesco marketplace place was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of July . Where is my order . I am notifying Tesco to get you off their list

I bought petrol strimmer with attachments,couple screws missing as box opened. Emailed asking them about grease? As nothing info leaflet,as I have no clue I had to ask landscape gardener! Well thankfully I did as I could have broken it. Grease gun needed. It works very well though

bought a patio heater. horrendous instructions and wouldnt buy again.

The customer service with this company is non existent and they are dragging Debenhams down with them.
I ordered 2 sets of chairs from their site and realised they came as a pack of 2 so tried to cancel 1 of them I was told just 10 minutes after placing the order it wasn't possible to cancel them as they would have all ready been picked for delivery.
They charged me £9.99 for next day delivery but never turned up.
Iv tried so many times to contact them but it can only be done on their contact for on their website no phone number.
The chairs turned up today and luckily I was in to refuse the order and send them back.
Now I have to wait for my refund .
This is the worst set up possible from start to finish.

Bought a shed through wowcher and 1 side panel is missing,can't get a reply from the company,phone number doesn't work,now wowcher are ignoring messages,total scammers,will never use either company again,will also be reporting to trading standards.

Ordered a cordless streamer for the garden from them via Wowcher. Missing items. Emailed them and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY I BEG YOU.

I ordered a strimmer and got a plastic clothes rack cant cut grass with that stay away from them. Dont pick up phones no email returns wowcher are the same they are both scam companies

I have to say that after i purchased my duvet via Wowcher i then read the reviews on here I did not expect to receive anything! However it arrived a day after the expected delivery date and was as described. The only reason I have given it 4* is because there was no notification of it being sent and also no answer to my emails.

I bought a carpet shampoer the g Maxx pro upright, you can't empty it the bottoms not flat , it falls apart once emptied and you try clipping the tanks back on , and it's made my carpets look dirtier than ever , absolute load of rubbish the worst I've bought and definitely not worth over £100 complete waste of money!!! I would not recommend.

What can I say I have never had to deal with such a shambles of a company been nearly 6weeks and I am not any closer to have my problem solved stay away from these daylight robbing bunch of abosolute idiots they seriously need someone to go to there store and kick there teeth in literally robbing people daily it's no wonder they have to sell there stuff through 3rd parties when there company has such a bad reputation seriously companies like wowcher and b&q need to boycott this company and stop giving themselves a bad name abosolutely ridiculous

Avoid like the plague. Item broke within 24 hours and you get no reply from email and the phone lines don’t work.
Disgraceful. Contacting trading standards as this company should not be allowed to trade.

Our order arrived heavily damaged, its been difficult to contact anyone the phone number given does not exist.

If I could do zero stars I would. Ordered and paid for feather duvet from Debenhams. It arrived was faulty. Requested a refund.a month ago now nothing at all was sent to me. Do not use this company.i wish i had read the reviewers comments before ordering.

I bought a xmas tree via Wowcher and it arrived faulty. The round metal base was warped and didn't sit level on the floor, the star tree topper just spun around and would never be secure and the tree lights were advertised as multicoloured, but were white. I complained and provided all the evidence that they asked for as I wanted a full refund including the postage I paid to receive the item. They still haven't answered my question that I should be compensated for return postage, the delivery charges and a full refund after several times I had asked this. I even quoted the consumer rights act 2015 in which they are in breach of. I'm still waiting for the matter to be resolved. I've had to resort to contacting Trading Standards about this company, they take your money and provide goods that are not fit for purpose. WOWCHER isn't getting away with this either, they are also liable for false advertising of the product in the first place and don't particularly care about customer service when things go wrong. They don't want to know. BUYER BEWARE OF WOWCHER & GROUNDLEVEL.

Absolutely appalling company, need to train their customer service staff how to communicate with people that suffer from mental health issues. I got this from Debenhams website and never knew I was not buying from Debenhams.

Ordered an item from Wowcher. Quick enough to take my money plus extra for delivery. No goods have arrived. Emailed and not even the courtesy of a response. Don't know who else to contact to get mu money back. Wowcher should not be using this company at all. Disgusting!

I got a woucher for a set of suitcases unfortunately after three uses the bigger one has broken I contacted ground level to ask them for a replacement or refund and all I keep getting is I should have notified them within 30 days of purchase. The issue happened after three months I explained to them it's not fit for purpose. You cannot get them on a phone number and I just keep getting the repetitive email saying they will not help.
