I have been suffering from arthritis
I have been suffering from arthritis, golfer’s elbow, and ligament tears in both hands for several months. During this time, I spent thousands of dollars trying different treatments to relieve my pain, without knowing what the outcome would be.
In early November 2025, I came across a sponsored advertisement on Facebook. I didn’t think much of it at first, but after trying so many therapy methods, I decided to give it a try.

Be prepared! If you have a beloved cat or dog you will have competition for your grounding mat or sheet !! Animals are very sensitive and always know what's good for them and that's proof it works well! Helps their aches n pains even allery flare ups. I had quite severe damage to my spine-bulging discs both hips and one shoulder. Using a grounding sheet cured my fibromyalgia in shoulder and always helps my discs at base of spine. I use the sheet every night and have bought the mat more recently for travel and to share with frenchie as it can be wiped and used in multiple places !!.i have been a long term user of the sheet -cannot be without it !! The first night of use I could feel tingling in my body where inflammation is evident due to my disease.
I didnt think I slept well at all but when I checked my health watch, I actually had a deeper sleep than I thought!

My Grounding Mat
This was my first experience of using my mat I could feel the vibrations from the start and as time went on I could feel myself relaxing to it and when I looked my feet was turning a purplish colour which I assumed was my blood circulation which went back to their normal colour at the end very quickly which was OK as I checked and slept better that night followed on the day after and fell asleep while on it for a while it really relaxes me which shows it's working as there's nothing to see when on it. Happy with it so far as its early days

I'm sleeping much better
The first night I had it on was the first night I'd slept all the way through to the morning in a long time.
I do a lot of other things to help me sleep also but I think this is one thing that is definitely helping and I would recommend trying it out if you're having trouble sleeping.

I was sceptical about this grounding…
I was sceptical about this grounding mat and was even more unsure when I didn't receive the 2 pcs I ordered! Thought it was a scam! Thank goodness the merchandise arrived safely!!
Of course I put the mat to use immediately! I'd never slept so well!! More than 8 hours!! The other piece is for my elderly mum. I must say so far the results have been very encouraging. She is sleeping better and her moods improved too and so is the edema!!
One of my sisters saw the results and is asking me to order one for her!!
