Tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after placing it
I placed an order with Groundingwell and 5 minutes later contacted them to cancel the order. I’d been redirected to Groundingwell from another site and didn’t realize it. I responded to their rating email with the request to cancel it also. I sent a third email to cancel the order when I didn’t hear from them I. The afternoon. I just received an email that they shipped the order! Do they even read their customer service emails?!?!? Not happy and definitely won’t recommend them. I’ll write another review detailing whether or not they pay the shipping to have it returned. I canceled the order almost immediately. Seems a bit scammy to me.
