I originally bought a grounding mat and then decided to get the small sheet. What was astonishing to me was after a short period of time of sleeping on the sheet every night my Osteopath was telling me that the amount of inflammation in my body was significantly lower than it has been in the couple of years I've been going to her. Proof that grounding does work! I have continued to sleep on a grounding sheet every night and my osteopath has been commenting every time I see her that my body is healing.

I had multiple surgeries this year
I had multiple surgeries this year, for many many month, I was able to sleep only 2 hrs at night, then use to crush for 2 hrs afternoon. Since I have my mat I sleep 7-9 hrs every night, and due to my sleep deficit I could just turn around and sleep some more, but I have also stuff, that must be done every day. So yes, I'm one happy customer.

A few things that often make a real difference:
-Plug directly into the wall socket rather than a power strip or extension cord - power strips can weaken the earth connection
-Keep direct bare-skin contact with the sheet's surface while you sleep - about a palm-sized area is enough, so bare feet, legs, or an arm resting on it all work; clothing over the contact area breaks that connection
Move sources of "dirty electricity" away from where you sleep - charging cables, phone cords, and electronic device power leads nearby can keep your body voltage from settling down, which is what grounding is designed to address
Also, we can see your order included a Socket Tester - it's worth using that to confirm your wall outlet is properly grounded. If the outlet isn't grounded, the sheet won't be able to do its job regardless of everything else.

I bought this with a 90-day money-back guarantee, however I get no response to my emails when I ask to return it. I have been using it for eight weeks and noticed no improvement myself in my sleeping or wellbeing, however my husband has fibromyalgia and I really bought it for him. He has noticed no improvement in either his sleep or his wellbeing, and in addition it's really uncomfortable to sleep on as it doesn't cover the bed, it's just a metre wide strip that goes from one side to the other and creases up badly when you move in your sleep. Improved quality of life
I was sceptical but had nothing to lose and so much to gain if what everyone was saying about grounding was really true. I tried everything and my swelling and knee pain would not improve. I didn’t want to be taking painkillers just to get through the day. The pain relief and swelling was gone almost immediately within days. I haven’t taken painkillers since using my grounding products.
