Great service however products maybe old
Great service both online and in-store. However bit skeptical about some products that were sold as they seem to be 3 yrs old. Didn't want to make a fuss and haven't used any yet, will see if they are indeed out of date.

Your card transaction failed all our security checks, the reason your items were cancelled was because WorldPay took the money out of our account because your order was FRAUDALENT!!!!
We don't communicate or contact customers who's card transactions are fraudulent, as we are to busy. We will contact Trustpilot to have your review removed.
Please don't bother ordering from us in future.

Excellent service considering the pandemic
Excellent service considering the pandemic. I placed an order for a tube heater which became unavailable due to supply problems. I was notified of this by phone before the delivery and was told that they were sending a superior product as a replacement, I was happy with this and the new heater arrived extremely well packaged and I am very pleased with it, thankyou.
