Grasslands Nursery has been growing plants on our 30-acre site in Over Peover, near Knutsford, since 1984. A family business founded by Steve and Jane Watmore, we specialise in hedging — from cherry laurel and beech to instant mature hedging — along with pleached trees, Japanese maples, topiary and specimen shrubs and trees. Everything is UK-grown and hand-picked. Order online at grasslands.co.uk with nationwide delivery (free over £400), use click & collect, or visit the nursery in person — we're open seven days a week including Bank Holidays, and the Snowdrop Café serves breakfast and lunch on site. Laurel hedging

I bought some mature laurel hedging; the plants were good quality and delivered promptly. the written advice about planting and care of the plants was also very good.

Really pleased with the trees we…

Really pleased with the trees we ordered. They were delivered quickly and arrived in great condition. We’ve planted them out and they look great. Would definitely recommend Grasslands.

Perfect service

I received a beautiful Aucuba japonica in very secure packaging. The soil was slightly moist and the health of the plant was perfect. I'd say this is the best experience I've had buying plants online, so thank you.

5 stars in all ways: Very highly recommended

This is written in the name Anna Joyce. I ordered 5 Portuguese laurels, as a returning customer. The provision of updates, and the prompt customer service when I had a query, were really excellent and efficient. We live in Essex, far from Cheshire, so we were also very impressed when the order arrived first thing in the morning. The driver/assistant placed them very carefully and discreetly along the side of the house wall- much appreciated. (we were out) They are the most beautiful plants, vigorous and healthy. They are also really good value- other suppliers were charging too much. All in all we're impressed and delighted with Grasslands, we recommend them strongly

Quality of plants were in Superb…

Quality of plants were in Superb condition. Product exactly as per specification. Delivery driver Alan was friendly helpful and delivered the trees exactly where i requested , nothing was too much trouble! Grear experience with Grasslands Nursery,, would recommend them to friends!
