I waited a month for the truma inlet

I waited a month for the truma inlet, to find out i had cancelled it,so back on the Internet and found Grantham's so i found the part again and order it, again and wow what service, they kept me informed all the way and best of all it took 12 hours to receive the part ,Grantham's is now top of my list for caravan parts thank you for your speedy service. Paul

Great service

Great service,placed an order with Grantham's which arrived quite quickly, unfortunately there was a mix up and I received the wrong item, a chat with Amanda soon sorted the problem for me ,as it happened I decided to keep the wrong item as I can use itso saved sending it back ,Amanda was great and after sorting prices ect I received what I wanted next day ,as far as I'm concerned I would highly recommend this company their customer service is first class thanks to everyone for your help I know where to come when I next need something

Two stars given only because items that…

Two stars given only because items that were received were in exceptional condition. Stars lost because of extremely poor communication. We ordered an awning returned by a customer owing to wrong size for their caravan. Awning arrived in condition as advertised however crucial parts were missing making it impossible to use. Contacted Granthams immediately to report missing items and I was asked to email photos of what was received. I did this immediately along with a list of items received and items missing. I received no response and was telephoning daily, sometimes more than once, and although promised never received a call back. Eventually I emailed the MD and said that I was going to cancel the order and I wanted a full refund. I never received a response from him either, not even an apology. This was now entering the 6th day since receipt.I did however receive a call from Joe who advised me that I would receive the missing items direct from Camptech, which did actually happen 48 hours later.
I will never use Granthams again, not because of the standard of the goods received but because of the extremely poor communication

Appalling in every way!!!

We bought a motorhome from Granthams at last years summer show and from paying the deposit to eventually selling it back to them at a loss 11 months later, we had nothing but hassle and stress from day one. The sales person gave false information. The vehicle had to be returned several times for numerous problems under warranty and spent more time at Granthams than with us. Eventually we were given a date to pick it up and on arriving there found they weren't expecting us and none of the work had been carried out!! Our overall experience with Granhams has been a complete nightmare from start to finish and I would urge anybody thinking of getting a motorhome Avoid Granthams!!!!

I think Grantham's are terrific.

I think Grantham's are terrific.
Good products, decent prices and fast delivery.
One product I ordered was out of stock, but I was given an expected delivery shipping date. In fact, the item arrived well before the expected shipping date. I wish all dealers were as good as Grantham's.

Trust in people

When I ordered my polarary air con I was told it would be early July and on the 9th it turned up as hopefully expected. I’m absolutely thrilled as we away the following week with 4 dogs. I texted Mitch with a quiry about are brackets included and the response was within 15 minutes. Well done Granthams, you have come through yet again 😁😁😁😁 happy campers yet again.

A rubbish arrogant business

Order process simply , a little slow to update order progression.

When they did confirm, they stated it would be sent by parcelforce 24 hr delivery service . That's where these companies just don't then take any ownership , it's gone not my responsibility now !
I guess me sitting at home awaiting delivery didn't matter to them not Royal Mail .
Now if this was a £20 order you take the chance and if it's left with no one home then you take the chance , but an order of this size and cost I wanted to be home , didn't want this sitting around outside my door for people to see .

Guess what it didn't arrive, contacted company who just didn't give a damn , they just said we do state 3-5 working days . You're missing the point , if you intend to deliver in 3-5 working days then fine tell me , set up the courier and let me track it , knowing its gonna be 3-5 working days.

You didn't , you pay for 24hr delivery service , tell me the CUSTOMER (being the clue here) that you've sent it on that specific 24hr delivery service and it will be with you tomorrow, provide the tracking details, but then it doesn't arrive !!!

I messaged Grantham's both live chat & WhatsApp , they didn't want to know , rubbish customer service , rubbish arrogant company , would never use again.
I can just imagine there response to this , it will either be none or some waffle stating standard terms , oh we are sorry bla bla bla . Save it . Take it on the chin and do something about it.
