Very poor handling of customer…

Very poor handling of customer complaints.
Changing of their insurance company during my hire they seem to be unable to resolve.
Taken 3 months of form filling now they ask me to start again as they have changed insurers.
Not happy!

Totally disreputable

I rented a car from them. They charged my card $500. When I went to pick up the car they had canceled the reservation. They didn't have another car. I only was able to get back 60% of what I paid then. Absolutely one of the most disruptible companies I've ever dealt with. Book with them only at your own peril. If you think savings 50 bucks is worth getting scammed out of a couple hundred... Go for it
