Absolutely horrible experience I would…

Absolutely horrible experience I would avoid this company at all cost. Flight was delayed they did not even wait. Charged me extra and to date not received my deposit back despite sending several emails. Now speaking with my bank to open dispute with this company. Trust me you will thank me later by avoiding this company!!!

Reasonably simple

Reasonably simple. Would have been 5 stars if I could find the booking in the 'my account section. I did get a email confirmation, but can't see it online

Budget in USA did not accept GotRentalCars contract

Our prepaid GotRentalCars contract was not recognized as valid by Budget at Dulles airport. Budget insisted we could not have any car unless we paid the last-minute rate at the counter. We have tried and failed for months to get reimbursed both by Budget and by GotRentalCars.

Avoid

WARNING. Do not deal with this company whether it’s Malta Island Cars / KWL / City Go / BSP Auto / GotRentalCars or whatever other name this dodgy company trades under. They will take full payment then 24 hours before your booking starts will try to take more money out of your account. When they are unsuccessful (like with us) they will cancel your booking. I won’t hold by breath on getting the £129 back that I originally paid.
