So easy to set up in one meeting.
Met with Gavin Paskin. He was very professional, and answered every question we asked. Made us feel very comfortable to go with the plan, and the price was as expected, but was offered to pay over 18 months at NO extra cost which was a nice surprise.
Good to have peace of mind that there will be someone English speaking at the end of the phone when the time comes for my UK family to call and guide them through the process, and no unexpected extra costs.

Firstly the policy and your agent did not make it clear about cars for the funeral? There seemed to be a big mess up with Mr Hickey's paperwork/email conformation. And how do I pay this off quickly to incur less interest as this doubles our final bill.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Given information which was easy to understand to make informed decision. Process only took about 20 minutes to set up and get a funeral plan. Lots of correspondence and all documents emailed and a paper copy sent through post.

A fairly easy experience
The first call with the Spainish office was with a very rude lady and totally wrong info, I was told as it was in my husbands name I needed a POA to speak to her..even though I was paying the instalments,she was so unbelievably rude .....
But after that the other 3 callers were extremely helpful with a good service, and very helpful.

I do not want a CoOp cremation
I was told my cremation will be handled by CoOp, which I objected to. Spoke to someone at your offices who said it could be moved to a different handler. I have not heard anything since so assume CoOp still dealing. Not good. If I had wanted them to do it I could have used them directly. Family have bad memories of CoOp funerals so I feel quite let down by you group.
