I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service we received while arranging my husbands funeral. At such a difficult time, Avalon made the process much easier for us. The compassion and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the arrangements.

Additionally, I recently met with Gavin to discuss my own funeral plans. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease while discussing such a sensitive topic. His knowledge and understanding made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate his dedication.

A very professional insightful presentation , not at all pushy , very informative , answered our questions clearly providing pease of mind.

Jay was very informative and the presentation was easy to understand and to the point. At the end of the meeting I knew that this was the right thing for me to do and it has given me peace of mind.

Alan the rep who came was helpful and informative. He made everything clear and we decided to take out a plan each.

I sent an online enquiry to Avalon and recieved a phone call back the same day to make an appointment.
We were visited by Ashley who was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly.He also gave us time to ask questions.We chose the plan we thought was best suited to us and also because it can be used here in Spain and the UK ,which gives us peace of mind.It was a positive experience and are pleased that we now have a plan in place after putting off doing for the last 2 years !

Alan was an excellent advertisement for Avalon. Knowledgeable and informative,but not pushy at all. He was with us for over two hours in the end, as we spent quire some time talking about life in Spain. I can thoroughly recommend Alan as a representative and if Avalon are half as good, they will be fine.

Down to eath ecplanations, great value for money, plenty oc options for payment. Great to be able to see a person and explain what YOU want. Love the on locker idea, everything in one place !

We obviously haven't had to use our plan yet, but we've signed up for one each (husband/wife). A simple cremation plan.
It was very easy and affordable.
Ashley came to our house and explained everything. It only took about half an hour or so, and there was no 'hard sell'. He left us to think about it, and then came back a few days later to sign up. Again, it only took about half an hour.
We live in Spain so it has given us peace of mind that it's in place.. . in terms of cost and arrangements.
The full cost of the cremation is locked in, and Avalon deals with it all with one phone call.
I would recommend.

No one wants to talk about funerals but it's part of life and as we live in Spain now it was one of the things on our list to be sorted so we looked in to it and chose Avalon the agent that came to see us was Very friendly and informative throughout the meeting they have great funeral plan options too suit everyone with no obligation buy

I have had an Avalon plan for 2 years,I spend winter in Spain, my wife's parents came to visit for 5 weeks,unfortunately my mother in law had a fall and didn't recover from a head injury and passed away in Spain the same day,I thank God that Avalon where at the end of the phone, I was able to gift my funeral plan to her and It took 1 call to get things into place,every member of staff where so professional, companionate and so fantastic it was very humbling, it took a great amount of stress away and my family couldn't thank them enough, also the tanatoria they selected was unbelievable, fantastic service ,if you need dignity, and professional service look no further, thanks to Mike,Stuart, and all of you,much appreciated

after 1st speaking with Nicki at avalon we had an appointment with Gavin who came to our home, he was very professional, put us at ease and was quite happy to take out a funeral plan with him. highly recommend an also Nicki for sorting rapid.
