My experience
The way I was treated from the first day I walked into the Undertakers was first class they were very calm and made me feel at ease my future phone calls and dealings with emails was a lot easier than I thought it would be and now that everything is in place with no hassle I feel much happier

Helpfullness on the telephone. Promptness of home visit. The very helpful young man explained everything to me. He understood just what I wanted and didn't pressurise me into purchasing anything I didn't need. It was so easy to sort. I feel relieved that it is all sorted, and hopefully will make it easier dmfor my family.

Today, I have belatedly telephoned and wholeheartedly thanked all the staff at Golden Leaves for making my mother's funeral plan (purchased in Sept 2024) a seamless , first-class experience and I am now underlining that at Trustpilot.
Ahead of mum's funeral on 11/12/25, I was in phone contact with Golden Leaves staff to update them and the same to much-respected , actual Family Funeral Director Gary Valentine , in Orpington, Kent.
What an absolute joy it is to have made the entire process stress-free at a very prominent and sad time in people's lives.
I congratulate every member of staff for their respect, understanding and empathy at each stage of proceedings which as a family was fully embraced.
To continue recommending Golden Leaves as a Funeral Plan provider is very easy. Keep-up the good work folks! 🏆 👏🏻.

It was all very simple, right from the initial telephone call answered by a charming Welch gentleman who put me immidiately in contact with your local representative.
And this one gave my husband & I an appointment with him for the following week.
