Bought these mirror fixings to attach a heavy wooden headboard to a wall, that I had designed and made myself for a bedroom.
Item came quickly (pack of 4 brackets) and was of robust quality - exactly what I needed and at a good price point.
Will definitely be looking to order from this store when I need some solutions for further renovations that I am planning on doing myself.

customer relations service is non existent.
They sent the wrong item, then I had to pay for the return shipping, they were extremely blunt in their customer support, they didn’t even offer me a replacement for the right size bottle. I don’t recommend using this company. Terrible service.

The problem here appears to be the customer believes we sent the wrong item. However, the customer actually purchased the wrong item which we did make clear in our communications.
We do not offer exchanges for a different item, in fact the customer requested a refund or replacement so we offered the refund option. As the customer purchased the wrong item, it is normal procedure for the buyer to pay for the return. The refund was issued promptly on return.
