Hardware came without needed screws…

Hardware came without needed screws which complicated the job they were purchased for tremendously. Also it was not mentioned in the item description. When I contacted CS they said that the screws depend on where it’s used, in that case why not provide several options of screws? Or include the appropriate screws for additional pay? This was a headache because they don’t sell these screws in the US in hardware stores!

The product description clearly stated that screws were not provided. We do offer several different screw options for separate purchase - we offered to help with screw choice but didn't receive a reply.

Good service

Found items required on website. Easily ordered, checkout as guest is great. Items were as described and delivered in a timely manner. Would recommend.

Excellent company, I made a mistake with an order, upon sending item back I received an instant refund & excellent prompt customer service.
