Ordered a man’s Harrington jacket size "4XL" in Yellow. It arrived in size “M", which barely fit my lady who is a size 10 and it was brown.
The small print says that if there is a problem the cost of returning etc is down to me! But they can’t or won’t tell me who to return it to!
Avoid this company!

THEY SHOULD BE CONFRONTED BY TRADING STANDARDS AS SHOULD BE ALTA & CO TRADING RIGHT NOW I'M BEING RIPPED OFF OF MY MONEY. VOUCHER CODE REF MY ORDER 6015710631''DEAL WITH goGroopie AT YOUR PERIL I WILL REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS OMBUDSMAN etc ''WE DEAL BLIND TRUSTING SUPPLIERS'' unfortunately 'goGroopie' is not trustworthy. waited months for 2 orders Then they said delivered with photos. Was in and not at location delivered. Driver made off with the3m. DO NOT GO ANY NEAR THIS SCAM SITE

2 of the same items ordered but separate postage charges. Both items damaged. Photos and videos provided but they said tried to suggest it was an optical illusion. I have to pay postage to send the items back for item refund but they refuse to refund postage. This is a clear violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even though I brought this to their attention, they wouldn’t budge. Never again.

I get Go Groopie website weather I like it or not!, never subscribed to it, ANY HELP TO BLOCK IT WILL BE WELL NOTED, I COULD NOT MOVE TO TO SPAM AS IT IS NOT AN EMAIL?

I don't trust gogroopie because they said that they deliver my parcel yesterday and know one was there that's bull shut because me and my husband were at home all yesterday and never went anywhere

They are selling fake goods through Santander Boosts!!!!! Beware!!! Brought what was advertised as airpods pros gen 3..... they sneekily dropped the pod and are rubbish fakes. none of the functions work.

I didn't subscribe, unsolicited marketing emails. Google will not block it as Spam. Terrible!

Why have I got an email from them? Disgusting how these companies somehow managed to send an unwanted email and manage to get through and not being identified as spam in my Google email app.

Ordered a men’s 3XL pair of trousers using their size guide on the page. Got sent a child’s size and they wanted me to pay to return them.

Raised a dispute on 15th December 2023 and they still haven’t responded. Had to do a section 75 claim to my credit card in the end.

False advertising at its finest

Ordered one of their mystery parcels and I received a small broken usb keyboard, broken wooden knives and forks and USED party items total rip off.
Contacted customer services but no response everybody beware of this company

This is a scam site do not buy! Any good reviews on here are added by the owners do not trust this site! You will get robbed and no one will reply to you

Orders placed in Nov 23 did not arrive, was for xmas presents so not happy.
On contacting them about orders I received a reply in January

but this has still resolved the issue and now I cannot log in to my gogroupie account online

I'd never even heard of this company until they started spamming me daily. I've never shopped with them and use specific email addresses for each site I use. They started spamming me, I marked as spam and unsubscribed, yet I still get emails, which is a major GDPR violation. GoGroopie if you are reading this, expect termination of your smartfocus mailing account as well as contact from the ICO.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole.I purchase an item more than a month ago but the supplier was out of stock and told me this company would refund my money... Thats a laugh contacted them many times re this matter but all they do is COMPLETELY ignore you. If they are hard up for my few pounds GOD HELP THEM OR PERHAPS THAT'S THEIR POLICY!!!!!!!!!?

Got the wrong colour asked to return it for a refund gogroopie said they would contact the seller. Nothing. Thank god for PayPal got my money back and the blagged postage charge. They are nothing but middle men with some voucher rubbish. Customer service is non existent don’t use them. Thank you PayPal to the rescue again.

Purchased two seperate vouchers from this company at the beginning of December, redeemed them, paid the additional postage, expected both items to give as Christmas presents. NOTHING. Contacted customer services, no reply. Will never use this very disappointing company again and would advise others to think very hard.
Two weeks on from original review, still nothing received and still no reply from the company to numerous emails. I truly hope that Trading Standards or similar look at the number of unhappy customers.

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the advert showing the things you MIGHT get in your Mystery Box. I ordered a £15 box (foolishly) and received two pairs of socks, two single socks, a hair scrunchie, two bits of plastic kids toys, an oversized grey T shirt and a strange towel thing. It all went in the bin as it was absolute rubbish. Not one item resembled the advert. Neither did it arrive in a box but came in a screwed up used plastic bag. Even though I told the company that I had binned the rubbish they insisted that I send them photographs!! I gave up in the end.
