Scam site! No doubt about it, lost about £19.00 . When will the government clamp down on this. They are killing the high St and pushing us online and there is no regulation! These companies are free to steal our money!

This is the first and last time I will use this useless company. You can’t phone customer complaints, it won’t let me fill in the complaints form. Buy from this company at your peril, steer well clear

I ordered a Harrington jacket in L size. When it came it was far too big probably XL or more and of inferior quality. I've tried to find how to send it back and recovery money but its impossible to contact their customer service. No communication whatsoever
Never buy anything again from them again and I'm £19.99 out of pocket with a useless piece of clothing. Tried to return it but just met with obstacles. Beware!?

This company is a fraud!

I ordered an earring and it was magnified in such a way that it looked bigger, but when it arrived it was completely hopeless and was not a true depiction of what was advertised.

I have been trying to get a refund to no avail.

Just steer clear of this company.

They are so deficient in integrity and service, which are the two true hallmarks of a great company.

They know you cant be bothered to send the crap back, so are making money off us easily.

SCAM....BEWARE

Firstly this company should tell a customer that the goods they have selected have to come from China. So expect a 3 week delay in delivery. Then the goods will be at least one size smaller than UK sizes. When the item finally arrived it was too small. Shoddy quality. Referred to seller for refund. Return item for refund. Returned item having to pay cost! No notification of receiving item. So 2 lots of postage plus the cost of the item out of pocket. Do not use this company.

bad delivery , faulty item, the refund of monies was not offered despite the end merchant agreeing, but this company is providing a voucher which I am not interested in

I ordered twice and never received any of my orders. If you contact them by phone they tell you to go to their website. If you send them a message on their website they never come back. Thank God for PayPal they sorted me out.

Useless,the promo looks great but it isn't been waiting 14 days for an order they don't give you any tracking information customer service takes at least 3 days to reply,avoid this site don't be drawn in to the special offers,scam!!!!

Absolute disgusting service from this so called company. Still awaiting 2 refunds , legal action having to be taken to get my money back. Do not use this company. Scam

I ordered a jacket and never received it

Just ordered heated gloves, I did not purchase a voucher as only wanted the gloves. paid for them with my card & have an email confirming that the order has been placed successfully. they have given me a delivery date which is a bit strange as I have not given them a delivery address yet, nor can I unless I sign up for this voucher thing. I think I will have to put this one down to experience. I have blocked my card but the transaction is pending so I think I'v lost the money.

Gilet arrived looking used and not working, I've tried to return it but was told I have to pay as its not damaged It doesn't work at all. Avoid buying as I think this is a scam

Scammers don’t buy from them.

2 Plus weeks later ( over 14 working days) waiting for goods no contact from anyone ! no response from customer service re issues despite raising concerns as to why the delay and more important refund
