I shouldn't even give them one star as this company is terrible.There must be some way that they can be stopped.I paid 12.99 and 4.99 postage for a garden tool.Waited a month.Finally they have agreed my goods are lost.Any reputable company would give a refund.Not them.A credit note.Why would I want to buy anything else from this shit company.

Ordered 2 items from this company still waiting when I tried to get in touch with this company it said it didn't exist my bank are refunding my money

I ordered a fan with a voucher with 50% off. Waited over 3 weeks now and still not delivered. The delivery company states I have not provided my full delivery address however its on my gogroopie account and on the delivery page which I paid an extra £3+. I have had 2 tracking numbers now and both cannot be found when I enter. I have now asked for a refund. Do not use this site

Well , they contacted me, offering a 'CREDIT ' back ,
As I stated, I want what I paid into my account.
But they are just offering this.
This company is very crafty in obtaining your money,
Please do not use.

Most scamming company ever to exist to track the owners head to companies house and check Thier names their offices are in 197 Portland street in London. They are just out to rob people you can't call them , they think they are clever well not for long. They robbed me 69 bed which stinks most shitist material on the planet and now they are just spamming to my emails. They need to be paid a visit to Thier office.

Like many others on here my experience with this company has been awful, I placed an order some 3 weeks ago, supposed to be 3-5 day delivery which you get charged £30 for.

Order has still not arrived, customer service is non existent as they just pass the buck to their “merchant” who do not make contact.

I would never use them again, they are a bunch of crooks.

I’ve just bought a 4 piece Rattan furniture set for £100 ….then I had to pay £29.99 postage. It said delivery was 3-5 days that was Wednesday and I’ve heard NOTHING!!…Tried getting in touch with both Go - Groupie & Furniture Outlet and neither are responding…this is my first and LAST time I’ll ever use a site like this!!…Absolutely disgusting do these ppl think customers are just going to stand for being scammed like this?….i’ll give it until Friday and then fraud transactions are being filled at the bank.
I’m £130 out of pocket and I’m not going to put up with it!!

Well to those who will read this review, I cant really give the company a star rating, as im a new customer, im still waiting for the 2 products that I have ordered which are a pair of next Generation 4 headphones and a security camera with door bell that can be linked up with your mobile device, but after I placed the order today and payment was confirmed, I received a pop-up on the confirmation process telling me about a £20.50 cashback service that will be returned to my card after my next order with GoGroopie, and as I declined that option, my Vodafone secure net app popped up on my screen and was ⚠️ ALERTING ME OF PHISHING AND SCAMS ALERTS ⚠️ ON MY DEVICE ( PHONE ). I hope this helps other's, im now going to get more information about this from my Bank and also contact revolut about these transactions.

Wish I saw this before I ordered a so called extra thick comfort mattress. Says 11-12 inch depth. What arrived today is barely 9 inches and can’t even support its own weight standing on its side. Don’t trust gogroopie as their sellers don’t deliver what you ordered or paid for

Gogroopie are a platform for scammers, they profit off innocent people being scammed out of their money, it’s disgusting and I don’t know how they are still able to justify this, so what they do is work with 3rd party sellers who sell fraudulent dangerous and hazardous products, Gogroopie provide you with the voucher and the 3rd party provide scammed goods, since the voucher is purchased and successfully used Gogroopie have essentially carried out their part and get off with no issues, they will tell you to take it up with the 3rd party seller who will not respond to you or they may give you the option to return the piece of shit, which will then cost you even more, either way they con you, Gogroopie are aware that the 3rd party sellers are selling scam products but essentially they do not care, they make there profit from it and take no responsibility for allowing it to happen, this company provides the scammers with a platform to do this and they are just as responsible, if not more because they promote and encourage it.

Websites like this should be exposed and shut down

As previously mentioned, this is a total scam offering cheap.prices for products. As ever too good to be true. Paul my 14.99 then asked to redeem a voucher at the cost of £69 for the product they advertised at 14.99. even though they emailed me direct their cancellation form etc doesn't recognise my email address to cancel or contact non existent customer service. Ripped off for 14.99. Robbing b@st@rds

I would give no stars. Purchased privacy window screen. I paid. Then received an email saying I had a voucher and now required a different credit card to pay for delivery. I decided I didn’t trust the company and tried to email them for a refund and to remove my data… email addresses are not viable. 🙄

If I could leave no stars I would, I ordered a ‘tech pack’ for £19.99 plus £4 delivery it was supposed to be a pack of several random tech items I got a cheap set of headphones which only cost £10 to £12 elsewhere and they won’t answer my emails DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Don’t buy anything from this site they take your money and you don’t receive anything and try getting in touch with them is another joke then they blame other sites witch is nothing to do with them like vinted they should be taken of line all together

Ordered a light at £9.99 and paid for it never got a message to say they got the order took the money but no light scam company.

Lesson to self - read reviews before a purchase. How are this company still trading ??? Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago - nothing since no sign of item - money out of my account. Go groopie in fairness did respond with giving the “merchant “ a further 7 days to respond to them that’s long gone and I have resigned myself to having been scammed by go groopie and “cloud9yn and will be pursuing a refund and be contacting trading standards. Bunch of crooks !!!

This company sent me a used piece of junk phone; it's a scam.

They should be sued and this thieving, pirate company shut down.

Ordered a pair of sliders filled out my details then realised there was a £4.99 postage charge. This wasn't really worth it considering the price of the sliders so I did not proceed. They took the money for the sliders out of my bank then I received an email asking.me to confirm delivery charge in order to receive my goods. I have asked them to refund but will also contact my bank to inform of charge without authorization. Please BEWARE of additional charges

If it was possible, would be a - 5 stats. Take your money immediately, no receipt, no way of getting in touch. Total con. Stay clear.
