The drivers were excellent. I was worried when I received a call from you minutes before my ride was do and you hadn't looked for a driver and instead of being to pick me up at 12:45 it was just before 1:00. I would have been late, so I now know to add more time on pick up.

The only problem I have is that you should start finding a driver earlier than you do. Sometime the driver can not get to the pick up point for the designated time because they are to far away

They charge you when they are at fault
I scheduled for a pickup and return for my eye surgery. They picked me up on time but I had to call back 3 times for return home after the surgery because they came for me and did not wait. When I got home I immediately cancelled my account through a supervisor and kept my deactivation email. Three days later I was charged for two of the return trips because they said I cancelled the ride. I am contacting my bank and accusing them of fraud. I can imagine some seniors would just give up and pay. PLEASE if you are a senior avoid this company and get your family to transport you. They take advantage of our community.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused, especially following a medical appointment. We understand how upsetting that situation can be.
We reviewed the trip activity and can confirm that **multiple drivers were dispatched for the return trip**, and each request was sent to the **same pickup address with the same location notes**. We don’t have visibility into the driver-side maps used by the rideshare company, so we can’t see exactly where each driver navigated to or why the pickup didn’t connect as expected.
When a driver is dispatched and the ride cannot be completed, the rideshare company may apply a **cancellation fee** to compensate the driver for their time. Those fees come from the rideshare provider and are passed through to us; we don’t set or keep them.
If you’d like us to **formally dispute those cancellation fees**, we’re happy to do that. Please contact us directly by phone, email, or Facebook Messenger so we can file the necessary request with the rideshare company for review. They make the final determination after looking into what happened.
