Catastrophic experience with this site and this bike which first refused to send me a compliant invoice with the address of the company and the bike whose pedal broke twice in less than 6 months.
The second time this pedal broke I hurt my leg on the broken part and given that there was a bus 3 meters behind me I'm lucky to still be alive.
I do not intend to stop there and intend to take steps with my bank to get reimbursed or even file a complaint for endangerment or whatever I find.
Do not buy from this site.

Expérience catastrophique avec ce site et ce vélo qui ont tous d’abord refuser de me transmettre une facture conforme avec l’adresse de l’entreprise et le vélo dont la pédale à cassé 2 fois en moins de 6 mois.
Lors de la seconde fois ou cette pédale à caser je me suis fait mal à la jambe sur la partie cassé et compte tenu qu’il y avait un bus 3 mètre derrière moi je suis chanceux d’être encore en vie.
Je ne compte pas en rester la et compte entreprendre des démarche avec m’a banque pour me faire rembourser voire déposer une plainte pour mise en danger ou ce que je trouverais.
N'acheter surtout pas sur ce site.

I bought a GF750 18 months ago I've had zero problems with the bike it's awesome..the brakes need changing and discovered by the shop that the callipers need changing aswell so they are sending them free of charge can't get better than that. Customer service is excellent thanks gogobest.

I bought a gogobest gf700 excellent bike well worth the money had a few minor problems that was sorted out instantly over a few days customer service only have online chat in UK and have to wait a day or so for a reply but they reply and help with customer related issues the bike is extremely fast and reliable it got me up 1835 feet up a hill with ease
Brilliant quality bike excellent ride perfect for e-bikers who want a real true of road and on road experience the battery is long life lasting I've travelled over 30 miles on a full charge Go home and still had half full battery life the bike is a bit heavy but that's to be expected from a fat tire ebike controls are easy to learn and understand how to use them the front mud guard is to big but I have replacement ones that fit I've ridden through mud water sand dirty and it still fully works and once you clean it up it still works reliable high quality ebike the only thing I would change on this is the size of the battery it is a big chunky brick battery but apart from that excellent ebike with front and rear drive for extra speed and boost pedal assist only or throttle only or both together top speed so far with just front and back electric motors after changing the settings around i got it up to 42.1mph on a flat road so imagine the speed you could get if you where going down hill 😁😁🤘 so my conclusion is buy this bike from this company you won't regret it also check out some of there others e-bikes they have wide selection for all your ebiking needs

Bought gogobest gf700 several days ago with a tent got told no tent in stock ok send me my bike and refund for the tent they arent available on weekend so if you make a purchase on Friday you won't get communication till Monday like I just have just been given a tracking number been told I will get refund for the tent and a small free gift okay well once i receive my bike and the refund for the tent and receive the small free gift they promise i shall change this once more to a full five star review

I am mainly asking if anyone else as had the same problem I have experienced twice.
I have been out riding not for long just a half hour or so..... yet twice its happend within 1 week, where I come to a stop at the traffic lights or any junction with both or just 1 break pressed and NO THROTTLE being touched... yet as soon as let go of the brakes the bike just powers up by itself and flies off...
Luckily the other day there was a fence blocking the road I was entering or I would have been on the floor in major traffic ..... if this hasn't happend to you yet be VERY careful !!! ... just to pull up outside your house and as your half way dismounting from the bike ... its kicked back in is halfway up your wall .... BE CAREFUL !!!!

They have a real reactiv support and they always find a solutiln if i got a problem

I brought a Gogobest gf700 also, and also had problems with the battery, bike failed on day 2 and battery would not charge. So after getting STATIC from stupid shop POGOCYCLES I have brought my own battery with new rack and am having it installed by fairly local ebike shop SCOOTFIXX in culcheth. This is only chance bike is getting, any more probs when I get it back from shop and I sending it back.I got a courier in my phone already as a contingency plan.So people out there, DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE, IT WILL FAIL EARLY ON YOU. Absolutely never buy nothink of them my battery set my kitchen on fire after it exploded and when connected gogo best they wasn't interested at all even now blanking me bike only 7 months old and used it a about 6 times unfortunately will definitely be taking them to court do everythink in my power to claim battery and charger or full refund never buy of them very bad company

Absolutely awful company. Purchased the GF700 may last year had issues with the battery capacity slowly dying whilst on charge one night the charger and battery went ON FIRE! In my house. Contacted the companys whos utter idiotic response was to send a voltage reading to them... paypal have been useless to get me a refund, conmpany refuses refund or replacement parts. My next step is to go to Consumer Rights and i will persue it until i see them in court i suggest anyone else whos been ripped off by this company to do the same. Absolutely at all costs avoid buying anything from them as there not fit for consumer and are dangerous.

Ordered a rack, order confirmed but weeks later money gone no communication from company, no trace of item. Reclaiming via PayPal
Downloaded the app but virus checker went wild so deleted it.

Very bad experience : the rear wheel popped off after 10 km. Then the rear brakes leaked. No repair shops want to do something. No parts have been sent, no exchange and no return from gogobest. They keep asking to go to a repair shop instead of exchanging or taking back this dangerous bike, which is written in their policy. Your life is at risk.

As soon as we got the bike one year ago it has given my son nothing but problems.
Things that should be tight were loose,
They had assembled it incorrectly so the front wheel and forks were round the wrong way.
The crank would keep coming loose so I had to buy a new one.
The brakes are so woefully under powered for the speed and weight this bike goes. I had to fit hydraulics to it something that should be fitted from new.
And now the battery has failed.
This all happened within a year.
Try contacting them, you get no answer. They don't care once they have your money.
These bike are unsafe and a waste of money at £1200.
Avoid GOGO Best and go to a know bike dealer in your high street.

Trying to pass the buck on your own incompetence at manufacturing an unsafe bike and you still can not even be bothered to answer any of my emails I sent you!

I was unable to use Creditcard on Gogobest.com Called the bank and apparently the company have been flagged as FRAUD by Danish NETS via Danske Bank.

don't buy anything here!!! if you need a warranty you won't hear from them, I bought an electric step that broke completely within 6 months and they just don't help you, when it's very clear what the problems are! is just wasted money if you buy here!! Scammers!!

After sale support was quick, polite and offered a solution for me quickly! I was very pleased that the bezior X1500 electric bike arrived on time.

2023-06-30 (ODO 5 km): Ordered GOGO BEST GF700, received OK. Good package. Fast shiping from DE to CZ (5 days). It is relatively good bike for this price… Speed 50 km/h has to be unlocked… 😉
2023-07-16 (ODO 150 km): I am waiting for fix battery issue. I will write more later. Communication with customer service is on middle quality. Problem is not fixed yet, but they promised help me and send new part.

So far I am happy with the support from GOGOBEST.
After 3 months the headlamp (LED) on my Niubility e-bike became defective and after a short communication I am getting send a new one!

I got my bike within 5 days and it works great! good stuff!

Excellent seller, the bicycle purchased is also excellent, good quality and finishes.
The customer service that followed me step by step in the purchase and in the after-sales service was also excellent.
