I recently bought a Bezior FX200 and I'm very satisfied with both the product and the customer support.
I accidentally ordered the wrong rear luggage rack, and they responded within a few hours, letting me know about the mistake and refunding me—no hassle, no need to return the wrong item.
As for the bike’s quality, I’ve only had it for a few days, but it seems great so far. It took me about 1–2 hours to figure out the settings, but a quick Google search solved all my issues.
The bike performs as advertised. I easily reached 40 km/h with full assist and pedaling, though I recommend keeping the max speed within legal limits.

I had a great experience with Gogobest's customer service. I had some issues with shipping to an island address in Italy, but Fancy from support was very helpful and responsive. They assisted me in finding a solution, confirmed compatibility with my XF200 rear rack, and even provided a small refund for the inconvenience. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Fast and nice Service, i am using GF 700 since long time ago with no issues.
DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE.
I was riding at 40 km/h when the brakes failed, causing me to collide with a tree, resulting in the amputation of my hand. Additionally, the battery stopped functioning on the tenth day after riding over a minor bump. The paint quality is extremely poor—it began to peel off shortly after purchase. I ordered a replacement battery from the official website, but it never arrived. I strongly advise against this product—an absolute scam.

Fancy from customer service was great in trying to resolve my problem as soon as possible and very kind and professional also very happy with my gogobest bike that had few problems in two years but it was understandable from the amount of time I spend on it.

The worst experience I could have buying this gf750 bike. Endless problems and few or no resolutions. From problems with the battery to the controllers... We have to do all the repairs ourselves because they send everything via video. When the problem persists, they stop responding and we are left with a bunch of iron lying around at home. A nightmare is what I can call this purchase.
Go go best gf600
I have a go fo best gf600 and it has battery issues due to riding it in the rain which was unavoidable and the battery failed even though it was in a waterproof battery shell.
The response from gogobest is it is not designed to be ridden in the rain ?
The battery also has issues if its cold and so making this bike useless for most of the year as it can only be used in the warm summer months

I ordered a replacement set of brakes. The delivery firm failed to deliver what I had ordered the first time around, but Gogobest Customer services were very prompt in following up and getting my order delivered. The brake kit itself was relatively easy to fit to my FX200.
Good experience
Overall, it was a good experience buying from this company. The bike came exactly when and as they advertised. It wasn’t too complicated to assemble but the fender was badly dented. I reported the dent to their online customer service and sent a photo. They immediately sent out replacement fenders.
