The clinician demonstrated exceptional knowledge, was very polite, and understood my concerns perfectly. Every query was addressed clearly, and the entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Medical team are very approachable
I am just starting again to take PrEP after more than a year. I totally forgot to make a review before. Their medical team / customer service are always on top! They were approachable and knowledgable of any questions you need.
The Freddie PrEP itself is a really good tool to help and protect different communities. Cost-wise? Nothing really, if you are covered by the government or has a good insurance. Their medical team will assure and help you to get your needs.

Freddy is an amazingly non judgemental logical place to get tested for stis, and you don’t have to run into issues with sti clinic dysfunction, or general practitioner hesitancy and refusal to swab mouth and or rectum even in cis gender heterosexual individuals as you do it yourself. This isn’t just a place for the LGBT everyone should utilize this resource. It’s safe, logical, evidence based practice based, helpful, and you’re treated like a human. It’s also discreet as you just have a phone conversation and go to a regular lab and don’t have to worry about “being seen” if that’s your worry. Highly recommend for sti testing, prep, doxy pep, other recommendations and disease management.
