What keep’s me with Freddie?
They have a very systematic approach, very good client education, user friendly online system and the pharmacy that their work in is very helpful. In general, Freddie is highly competent!

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great. The delivery of the tests was fast. It was easy to schedule an online video consultation appointment and the doctor I talked to was very thorough. Even though my insurance was not accepted she did discuss how to get prep through my insurance . I would recommendFreddie to people I know even though I’m going through my closed insurance.

My nurse was AMAZING
My nurse (Tracy or Macecy) was AMAZING.
She was able to effortlessly guide me through the process without a sense of rushing. She was well aquatinted with my intake paperwork. Really great onboarding experience.
