Shady financials
I ordered several times. In the beginning it was ok. Last two times they overcharged me 2x and the second time 3x. I complained and asked them to cancel the over order on their end. They cancelled the whole order and did not tell me. They are very shady in their business services. They over order and change your price! I will 100% be looking to go elsewhere. I rarely write reviews, but this is shady business and you should know.

Freddie is the absolute best
Freddie is the absolute best. They treat you with kindness and as a human. I appreciate that it truly is DISCREET. Conversations about sexual health can feel heavy and judgmental, but this didn't. I've tried other sexual health approaches and this feels most simple, kind, and easy to navigate.

The company makes it easy to book lab work at my convenience with no wait time. Fast and efficient.
There must have been a glitch on receiving prep pills, even as 10 business days passed.
Once I reached out, it was super quick.

Revolutionary access to PrEP
My experience with Freddie has been exceptional. I've been using Freddie since 2022 and the process is as smooth as it gets. It is amazing to deal with healthcare professionals who care and are knowledgable about MSM sexual health and safe sex.
Getting PrEP has never been easier. Lab requisitions are sent on schedule to me, and to the lab. Everything is routine. In partnership with Affirming Care Pharmacy, my PrEP has always been free, even when I aged out of my parents medical insurance.
