Item delivered on time and exactly as the website picture. Lovely item.

Ordered an anniversary gift of flowers made of soap, arrived on time but Card was addressed to someone completely different and flowers were broken several of them didn't even have sticks to hold them up. Very disappointed, won't be using them again.

Recieved a melted bouquet of lindt balls. I sent an email.and had no response, so messaged through live chat. David was extremely rude and unhelpful. I expected due to the heat they would have packaged taking this into consideration as I have experienced with abel and cole, riverford, planthood, grubby (just to mention a few food delivery services I have used over the years). It felt like a 30min message battle where I was being accused of lying. Even when I asked if it's easy to open and re-package, I received an unhelpful and sarcastic response.
As a business owner I am often seeking companies from which I can send gifts to clients! 100% won't be using Goat gifts, waste of time and money.

The website was very easy to navigate. I made an error with my order and their response was very quick and they resolved it immediately. (I contacted them on instagram)
I did nit physically see the items but the recipients really liked them

Good service ! ..... I chased them up by email and telephone for a missed delivery , only to find after a returned call by them that I was wrong .... it was for the following day . Embarrassing for me , but they were very polite when pointing out my error . The item turned up on time the following day all as promised .
