Disappointed with the quality
For the price, I expected a much better quality and finish. Some parts were simply held together with Sellotape, and the flowers looked loose and untidy. The overall presentation didn’t look as professional as I expected. Unfortunately, it didn’t give me the “wow” feeling at all, especially considering how much I paid. I think the quality and attention to detail need significant improvement.

On the first oder I've ordered SIZE EXTRA LARGE but instead you sent size MEDIUM which I dint pay for that size.
So I ordered more size EXTRA LARGE and still I received wrong size as Medium.

I did not receive my order, i have been charged too. I was given a tracking code but there has been no update on the delivery app at all. I ordered this item on the 8th July and it is now the 21st and i still have no item and no update. i had emailed 4 times and got a response once say they would follow this up and still nothing. i am not happy at all i would not recommend using this website.

Beautiful chocolate bouquet. Bought it as a birthday gift and she loved it. It’s beautiful and worth the money. I bought the extra large size and when she sent me a picture omg it’s amazing. Delivery was very quick too. Overall I am more than satisfied with my order.

Ordered the baby girl pink chocolate bouquet - The presentation looks like it was thrown together, this could have happened during transit and if so then choose better packaging. I think the most disappointing part was the washed out pink roses. Online they look vibrant but in reality they are dull and looked like they have been sitting in storage for ever. Disappointed.

Flowers and chocolates beautiful, delivery on time, only issue was the colour of the roses I requested yellow but pink was sent so obviously notes not read, my daughter was over the moon with them but did mention she don't like pink, but I will use again xx
