If I could give this company no stars I would.
I placed and paid for an order before Christmas. Recieved a confirmation email to say order and payment had gone through successfully and my order would be delivered a few days later.
My order day came and went so I sent an email asking where my order was.
Later that day I recieved an email saying my order was out of stock and that I would recieve a refund for my order but NOT for the tip I paid for someone to put my order together.
Why should I pay for the tip when I didnt recieve my order.
Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to lose money

I have ordered a coat for my brother,it arrived in no time and it was at an accessible price as well!
They update you on your order's status as well

They seem to be ok but because they are stocking fillers for my grandsons i cant really say about whats inside the boxes, but as far the delivery being on time everything was fine

Not the best, ordered three items to make the most of the shipping price but one item was cancelled so quite disappointed

Ordered 3 toys they were despatched quickly but Evri gave me 2 dates and bumped both. I rang them and delivery was next day.

Received a terrible fake Labubu, been trying to contact H&Jodies for a refund but no response.

Ordered a labubu doll for my niece which was advertised as genuine and the same price as the legit ones. Item was clearly fake so emailed the company who didn't respond, company then changed the product to lafufu on their site. Will do a chargeback on my card if they don't respond soon and report them as I have photographic evidence of the item in my basket as ' labubu'.
Fast delivery though!

Horrible place to shop. Selling counterfeit labubus at their original price, advertising as they were original, and never responding back, deleting comments on social media. Reported them to trading standards and stopped my payments. I really feel sorry for the local people that have to shop from this so called corner shop. Typical

Ordering process was fine, delivery OK, but product quality was very poor. Ordered 3 Labubus which when arrived were clearly fake (it should have stated that on the website). One was missing a hand and other the head fell off in about half an hour.

Very quick delivery and arrived well packaged

Selling really poor quality fake Labubus and charging 14.99. It has a wonky head and ears. Stitching is coming away all over. I also imagine all the rating you have on the box a not legal as they are copied and the product is not tested.
How you can get 4.5 on a trust website is beyond me.

I ordered a labubu and it was obviously FAKE because it said pop mabt instead of pop mart and it was in horrible condition! I emailed them for a refund and they never got back. Incredibly disappointed
