I ordered and straight away realising…
I ordered and straight away realising it's coming from China, I emailed straightaway to cancel. I wrote on WhatsApp explaining to them just ordered was meant to believe coming from UK and they turned around and said already been shipped. Liars. I won't be ordering anymore and I've spoken to my bank to block these people. Certainly not going to take monies out my bank as I also noticed they sign you up to receive every month which I don't want. Anyway Glov Beauty good luck in trying to take money from me. Chinese company like they do, pretend their operating from the UK.

You can't cancel orders. Con artists.
I placed an order then saw it was based in Vegas so emailed immediately to cancel. No response. Emailed again. No response. I contacted through the live chat and now they've said they can't refund it as it's been sent even though I have screenshots of the tracking stating it hasn't been sent yet. Absolute con artists. UK people please don't use them.
**Reached out twice to the email stated in all the generic replies to no response. Avoid at all costs.

This company it’s an absolute scam.
This company it’s an absolute scam.
The emails are fake. They claim that are shipping from USA when actually they ship from China .
They automatically set you up from a subscription and the best is I’ve been charged £101 pounds for the micro needling system and been sent a knee relief patch!!

I ordered this to try the gpl1 powder
I ordered this to try the gpl1 powder. The taste is a berry flavor however it had a very bitter taste the very first time I tried it and a few times after the more I've drank it the more I've got used to it and it doesn't taste bitter anymore easy to mix with a little whisk I find if I drink it I am not hungry I don't feel hungry but can still eat a considerable amount I didn't take it yesterday as I had a very busy day I still didn't feel hungry but once I ate I couldn't stop I felt very hungry so it's definitely working I haven't waited myself yet as I started it on Monday so I will weigh myself on Monday up to now seems good

Don’t use glov beauty
Don’t use glov beauty. Their customer service is shocking. I apparently signed up to a subscription which I wasn’t aware of. I received my first order fine. Then I get a notification saying that they had taken money from my account for another product. I contacted them straight away to cancel the order as it wasn’t required. No one responded to me for 2 days until I received another notification that the order had been shipped. I have been trying to contact the company for 3 weeks now with no response. Be very aware when ordering from this company
