I ordered this to try the gpl1 powder
I ordered this to try the gpl1 powder. The taste is a berry flavor however it had a very bitter taste the very first time I tried it and a few times after the more I've drank it the more I've got used to it and it doesn't taste bitter anymore easy to mix with a little whisk I find if I drink it I am not hungry I don't feel hungry but can still eat a considerable amount I didn't take it yesterday as I had a very busy day I still didn't feel hungry but once I ate I couldn't stop I felt very hungry so it's definitely working I haven't waited myself yet as I started it on Monday so I will weigh myself on Monday up to now seems good

Don’t use glov beauty
Don’t use glov beauty. Their customer service is shocking. I apparently signed up to a subscription which I wasn’t aware of. I received my first order fine. Then I get a notification saying that they had taken money from my account for another product. I contacted them straight away to cancel the order as it wasn’t required. No one responded to me for 2 days until I received another notification that the order had been shipped. I have been trying to contact the company for 3 weeks now with no response. Be very aware when ordering from this company

Supposed to be Berberine-Not sure what I received
Overall I am very unhappy with my experience. My first order took several weeks to arrive and then an additional order came within a few weeks of the first one, without any notice. Initially I was ok with that except when I opened the package of Berberine and compared it to my first package, the capsules were completely different. Once package had small white capsules and the other had large yellow capsules. I tried to return them but the return process is ridiculous because you have to provide a tracking number after you return your package but you can't get back to the returns page to do that so there's no way for them to track your package which means no refund. I will throw these away and have cancelled all future orders.

Broken and horrible return experience …
Capsules in packer arrived broken and crushed. Even if I used the whole ones, they had a bad taste because the powder was all over everything. Tried to return but they want me to pay return shipping. Then when I said they were damaged, they said I was past the return window. Just getting the runaround. Horrible customer service.
***They replied to my review but still continued to do nothing to help, making me pay to ship back damaged items.

Never received my order
Can't give a review on Glov product, specifily the pumpkin seed oil because I have never received it and it has been a month since I have ordered it but they did charge my credit card the day I purpchased it. I keep getting the same response from them that it is being processed, here is a tracking number but when you track it, it says there is no information yet and it's pending. I have asked for a credit on my credit card a few times but they say they can't do that because its processed and shipped. They told me I could return it when I get it but need to follow the return rules. How long does it take to ship and now that I know that it comes from China I would have never ordered it because shipping time is even more delayed being out of the country. I had really high hopes for this product especially with all the ads and great coments on the product but all that has happened is the company is a scam!

I ordered the Bergerine and it said money back if you saw no results , I used them for a week made me sick, went into return policy and it said no returns as you never received them them then I saw they were from china thsts why it took weeks for them to come but yet it offered a returns, but I see somene else had the same issue on your reviews, rubbish

The under-eye pads are great. They help diminish under-eye wrinkles. I use them at least 4 times per week.

This product has given me results
This product has given me results. Albeit slow only because I haven't used it regularly, but I have seen improvement in my fine lines and my deeper wrinkles and I will continue using the product. Customer service has been excellent and I have no complaints.
