Beware when you place an order.
Placed my order back in June. Have never received the order. Contacted Glov Beauty and they kept telling me that the order is showing movement, whatever that means. Contacted them numerous times and all I get are copies of the original email. Here it is 7/26 and still no order. If you ask for shipping information they won't provide it. This company appears to be a scam. I asked for a refund and get no response. They got me for over $60.00. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but beware this company is not registered with the BBB so it just goes in an a complaint. BBB cannot do anything to help get the money refunded. I also filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office. On the BBB site there were many complaints with the same experience.
On July 27 they responded to me via TrustPilot since I wrote the above complaint asking me to send them an email through their site which I did on July 28th. I also added a copy of their reply below to see if that adds any importance to my complaint. I again asked for nothing but a refund. I no longer want their product since their horrible treatment of me as a customer. It will be interesting to see if they really respond or if I get another copy and paste and another excuse that the order is "Moving". I just want the refund to be moving.

I ordered and straight away realising it's coming from China, I emailed straightaway to cancel. I wrote on WhatsApp explaining to them just ordered was meant to believe coming from UK and they turned around and said already been shipped. Liars. I won't be ordering anymore and I've spoken to my bank to block these people. Certainly not going to take monies out my bank as I also noticed they sign you up to receive every month which I don't want. Anyway Glov Beauty good luck in trying to take money from me. Chinese company like they do, pretend their operating from the UK.

You can't cancel orders. Con artists.
I placed an order then saw it was based in Vegas so emailed immediately to cancel. No response. Emailed again. No response. I contacted through the live chat and now they've said they can't refund it as it's been sent even though I have screenshots of the tracking stating it hasn't been sent yet. Absolute con artists. UK people please don't use them.
**Reached out twice to the email stated in all the generic replies to no response. Avoid at all costs.

This company it’s an absolute scam.
This company it’s an absolute scam.
The emails are fake. They claim that are shipping from USA when actually they ship from China .
They automatically set you up from a subscription and the best is I’ve been charged £101 pounds for the micro needling system and been sent a knee relief patch!!
