The experience was very quick and efficient at all stages of the process. Dele’s communication was good, and on the day there was no waiting or delays and i was able to do the NIN requirements immediately. Dele was also very friendly and helpful, providing me with information on next steps to obtain my Nigerian passport.

I tried setting up an online appointment just after Christmas, however, I didn't get a confirmation for this date, so turned up anyway just in case (we know some Nig practices aren't great). Office was closed but it allowed me to work out where their office was (literally, 5 minutes from Wimbledon Station). Anyway I called just before January, got a response immediately, with a appointment date & time, and a reasonable explanation of how they work. We were told to pay to their PayPal account, so this could be acknowledged before the appointment- all this was done. They confirmed receipt of the payment.

On the day of my appointment, the gentleman was ready for us. The office was clean. The attending officer was polite, patient (especially when dealing with the Nig end of the system), quick (less than 15mins) and professional. The NIN was done & validated there - number issued immediately.

Oh yes, there is this horrendous NIN form that I was told by others we had to complete, this organisation sent a shorter version & that was all the info required- sweet!
I have told everyone I know trying to complete this process how good it was. Even better if you give them a call (I prefer to speak to people), and work your way from there.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

I used global plug services for both my Ghana and Nigerian visa it was during the busy Xmas period and they handled both my visas with ease and it was done within 3 days. Would definitely recommend for anyone.

As soon as I got the response of my intended service I got a call and I was assured about the processing of the document, unbelievable my passport was posted after the weekend because the processing started on Friday. I have never seen a reliable company like this👍
