I bought a pair of glasses in June. As I was driving X-country I asked they be shipped July 12. It is now July 28 and no glasses. Moreover their phone line is constantly busy in customer service and no response to 4 emails asking why a tracking number was issued but the glasses were not given to DHL.
I cannot comment on the quality of the frames but customer service surely is lacking and rude in as much as no responses to my mail.

Did business with this company for years. Their customer service was never good but the price was right. Last time out they sent me a RA for replacement or repair then never returned my glasses or issued a credit. They have turned into a rip off, best to avoid.

Try to getting a job with them. Was not hired cause i lived 30 mins away. They normal hire with in the company

This is absolutely the lousiest return policy I've seen in a very very long time. No information provided, no alternatives offered. First I had to chase cocoleni for order - it got stuck. Then I had to chase for the return order (twice). No response, no apologies, just a plain refund of 75%. Not even the option for 100% return was offered in case of an alternative purchase?

Lousy, sloppy, non professional. Very dissapointed.

I have bought three previous pairs of glasses from cocoleni in the recent past(2017--2018), and I recently thought i bought another pair on Sept 30th 2019. It is now oct 30 2019 and nothing. they do not reply to emails and the telephone number rings and then disconnects.It looks like they are out of business. But they do accept money and do nothing so I am out several dollars.

They had trouble meeting the delivery date on which they didn't communicate. After asking about it they expedited some process. A while later I got the glasses. One day later I got the same pair with a different finish.
I was unhappy with the glasses and wanted to return them. They didn't reply to any of my emails and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Even when calling privately.
So now I have two slightly different copies of the same glasses which I don't even like and I'm unable to reach them.

So much for customer service!

Still NO GLASSES !!!
NO reactions on phonecalls/ emails. NO refund !!!
These people are real crooks.

It took 2 MONTHS to get my glasses back (I sent them my frames to get new lenses put in)! The phone # on the site does not work. I did reach them by email, and they gave me a 15% discount. The lenses seem fine, but the 2 month wait was nuts. I won't use them again because of that.

I placed my order Dec 28 to reframe my glasses. The total cost was $75, thanks to a promo code. They said they ship most orders within 10-12 business days. I didn't receive my order until Jan 28. In the process, I called the US number several times but could not get through to anyone. After I sent an email directly to Coco Leni’s website, I heard back about my order. But even then I had to stay on top of them. At one point they said they’d shipped it but when I checked the USPS tracking details my order had not been mailed.

While Coco Leni’s advantage is that it is competitively priced, it was the most affordable option I could find to replace my glass lenses, it took considerably longer than expected and left me waiting in the dark. The extra effort it took to find out about my order’s status was a headache and stressful. Maybe they are a new company and going through growing pains. I have no way to know. TBH, my glasses turned out alright. But next time I’ll prob order from Warby Parker.

Worst experience ever. I sent my frames in to be re-lensed, took forever to finally get my glasses back only to have them be wrong, followed all the directions to RMA the purchase but have not received back after almost 3 months , numerous emails go unanswered , nothing from these thief's, I have to go through credit card company to get my money back and will be out my expensive frames . Absolutely horrible company. Stay away if you value your money and time!!!

Very pleased with the purchase much cheaper than buying them at the oakley store and was able to confirm on their website that they are real. Fit and size are perfect for my face. no complaints. it's better than the fake oakley sunglasses store - globalsunglasses.us

This is my second pair of these sun glasses and my 4th pair of oakleys...i need good quality sun glasses for working outside durring the summer, oakley has the best lenses imho, they are super clear that i sometimes forget i have them on, my eyes always seemed no hurt from straining all day with cheap sunglasses...not with these! and i also order from the sunglasscheap.us

OMG they're here, my glasses are here. Sent my frames in for lenses 5 weeks ago. Paid $19 extra for DHL shipping because I didn't want to suffer w/ my spares too long. Global Eyeglasses ripped me off by sending USPS. (Update: I was able to get a refund for the DHL shipping w/o any trouble.)

After two weeks and reading the reviews here I decided I needed to buy some temporary glasses to use while waiting some indeterminate amount of time for Global Eyeglasses to get off their posteriors. Hello Zenni! Wow, Zenni took exactly 7 days from date of order to arrival (with no shipping up-charge)!

My frames eventually came back from Global Eyeglasses with a chip in the paint and were protected by only a minimal amount of bubble wrap. In contrast, my $6.95 Zenni emergency glasses came in a hard case with a micro fiber cloth, a PD measuring ruler, spare screws and a screw driver. Clearly Global Eyeglasses has no interest in repeat business like Zenni does. At least Global Eyeglasses answered my 2 email inquiries. And the prescription was correct so it wasn't all bad.
