The Global Door website provides an excellent design and quotation tool. This helped us to visualise the new door and get an instant quote, which was very competitive. The door was manufactured and delivered to plan. I have installed the door now and very pleased with the quality finish.

Speedy fitting and competitive price
Once i had chosen the style of door the surveyor arrived only 2 days later as he was in the area, and the door was fitted within a month ! Communication from the company was great and the fitter did a wonderful job. The price was very competitive.
I love the new door and it has certainly elevated the first impression and entrance.

Replacement Front Door
I purchased a replacement composite, exterior front door.
The website gave clear instructions as to how to measure and specify this door. The product was manufactured to size and delivered punctually. Excellent quality.
Further, I enquired and was advised the RAL Code for the colour of the door, so I could match paint the adjacent garage door.

Ordered a door which I havnt received
Ordered a door which I havnt received. Spoke by email to customer service and the delivery driver is saying he called and spoke to me and he's left the door on site from my say so. The driver never spoke to me at all so now I have no door. This is an absolute joke especially the driver lying

After looking over your account I can see you requested for the door to be left in the event you were not present on delivery.
The manufacturer has provided a POD which clearly shows the door was delivered and left on site as you were unable to be present at the time of delivery.
When a customer selects for a product to be left on site we cannot accept responsibility if the product is lost or stolen in line with our terms and conditions.
I would suggest at this stage if you cannot locate the door to check with your neighbours and see if anyone took in the delivery for you.
If you are still struggling to locate the door please do get back in touch.

Magnificent door yet again from Global
I think your sales team with Carla at the helm is simply amazing - real focus was placed on our needs and we changed the colour of the door which was no problem to Carla. However, your after sales service did not live up to the same expectations. Trying to establish delivery times was poor and a similar attitude to Carla’s would benefit Global. This was our third purchase from Global this year as your doors are magnificent but post sales could do with a bit more training from Carla.
