I ordered a pair of pants over a month ago. All of my inquiries to their online “support “ line are obviously handled by some kind of AI form letter. It’s obvious to me now that Giovanco is a predatory operation created to cheat the consumer. Thanks Giovanni… lesson learned.

It takes entirely too long to receive orders. I ordered a nice winter coat on January 15, 2025. Now it's spring season and I'm still waiting for my winter coat to arrive. Hopefully I can receive my coat before next winter arrives, and it fits.

scam

i ordered three coats three months ago for more than 100€ and my packige still hasn't arrived. And no word from the company or nothing.I am 110% sure this is a scam.I don't understand how is this even allowed.....so the story continues they got in contact with me and they are claiming they dont have the correct information and are acting like my order didn't happen. I wish I could give a negative 100 😠 😡 It took about 3.5 weeks to arrive. The material is cheap. The stitching is misaligned. The color is off and the size is wrong. Customer service refuses to respond to my emails. I suspect this is because they
receive so many requests for refunds. This review is for the mustard color checkered blazer and matching mustard pants. Horrible! Don't do it!!!

Even their standard reply is filled with lies!!! 😡 Don't buy from this shame company. You will regret your purchase!

Disappointing Experience – Be Cautious

This website is terrible. Don't be fooled by the advertisements and marketing. Products look great but you are better getting them from another website.

I ordered my package 1 month already and it still hasn't arrived and they are asking me to wait for an estimated 2 more weeks. What a joke, if the package was going to take this long why don't they just inform you a head of time instead of an an incorrect estimate.

Has yet to arrive.

I ordered a blue jean blazer on 2/11 and it's 3/21 and I still don't have it. I'm not sure if I will ever get it. The last shipping info is from 3/16 and hasn't been updated since. It might be $100 down the drain. If they are not a scam (which they may very well be) they should use SF Express for shipping. I never have any issues with them.

Pure Trash Company

Pure Trash Company. See my other review. This is to their response. It’s laughable, I have sent several emails already filed a complaint with my bank. These trash bags even giving my bank a run around. Like I said they should be shut down. They are a disgrace.

They shipped completed different what ordered and they wouldnt refund. Initially offered 40% refund when they sent wrong item, then 80% and never refunded

This is very disheartening to hear how Giovanco treats it's customers and the horrible shipping practices of people not receiving or its taking g up to 120 days to recieve a order. Scam company

Scam company, ordered a coat for almost €100. Stil waiting for it.
They send an email after asking when my order will arrive. Received an email in wich they explain that my order is very popular and I have to wait another 2 weeks.
4 weeks have passed and still nothing..I dont think my order will come.
