Aaron was great , he delivered the bed through a balcony with no complaints and had it made up quickly with no mess whatsoever.

Spoke to Grace about everything prior to purchasing and she was so helpful, right down to finding me exact frame measurements. So friendly, too! Excellent customer service and am so excited for my bed to arrive.

I’ve ordered a Fuji low bed and had a lot of queries about the hard wood and pine finishes, size, delivery etc. Stephen replied immediately and Elisha sent more samples. They have even accommodated my request to bring the delivery date forward by a week!
I’m super excited about receiving my Get Laid wooden Japanese style bed and will repot back when it arrives.

We travelled up from Hampshire, so the EV charging point that was free of charge to use was a very welcome, convenient, and generous feature offered by Get Laid Beds.

Once inside the showroom, every model was on show so we were able to see lots of combinations of bed frames and mattresses.

Spencer was a great help. Friendly and knowledgeable, he was very patient as we had a lot of questions. We left with all our questions answered, plus a few samples of different woods to check against the decor of our bedroom.

I phoned Get Laid Beds before placing an order for a bed and mattress, because I was concerned that my area in Cornwall is not covered by the options of delivery to chosen room or assembly. Chris was extremely helpful, and suggested a solution which I was very happy with. I’m delighted that my order will be delivered to my chosen room. I placed my order with Chris, and I’m looking forward to taking delivery of my new 3’6’ bed and mattress - dimensions which are rarely available, but which will suit my space perfectly. Chris could not have been more helpful, and my experience of ordering with Get Laid Beds is 100% positive. Thank you Chris!

Excellent customer service received by Spencer over the telephone just now. Spencer was able to make some suggestions which I hadn’t yet considered. Spencer also informed me about measurements and helped out with possible delivery dates and prices too. I had many questions and he answered them all politely and in a friendly manner. This has been incredibly appreciated. Can not wait to place my order.

The communication from Get Laid Beds was excellent. The delivery driver Paulo arrived on time, he was extremely courteous and efficient. The bed was assembled rapidly and the quality is excellent. We are very happy with the service we have received.

Tod and Pablo delivered and assembled a double bed in a loft conversion .
They were friendly and efficient and were done in no time . They arrived at the beginning of the time slot I was given and also informed us by phone that they were on their way .
The bed is exactly what we wanted .
