Absolutely unacceptable experience

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was one of the worst stays I have ever had.

The property does not reflect the listing and was poorly maintained. The access process is unnecessarily complicated, involving multiple codes and doors, and is not clearly explained. As a result, we were locked out late at night with two children, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe.

The lack of support from the host during this situation was shocking. We reached out for help and were left without proper assistance when it was urgently needed.

To make matters worse, after the stay, the host made false allegations instead of taking accountability for the issues we experienced. This added unnecessary stress to an already distressing situation.

We paid for a stay we were unable to properly use, and the way this was handled from start to finish was highly unprofessional.

I would strongly advise others to avoid booking with this host. Based on my experience, I would not trust this listing or the management behind it.
