Very efficient

lot of fake rental which are only scam to obtain monney before any visit. Even after signalingthe scam, there is no answer from the site ... just some, 'it happend sometime" ... I guess if I ask them to use their logo to scam other they should be ok because I don't see any pro activity to stop and find the scammer as help from them.

We were scammed out of a lot of money using the SeLoger website. They do not moderate their listings and do not investigate if you make a report about a listing. DO NOT USE!

Through this website an apartment rental resulted in a swindle. In France swindle is under 5000 euro is almost impossible to prosecute so Seloger should have strong moderation. The perpetrator of the swindle is known, there is, however, no way to report the swindle or the perpetrator to Seloger. Absolutely no sensible moderation. Untrustworthy.

They work with companies like « BEP logement » who pretend to be a rental company and scam people of 210 euros in exchange for a fake list of apartments.
Stay away from them.

Complete waste of time going through listings of this website. Filled with scammers. Almost all the individuals are scammers and recently observed that even these guys are allowing fake apartments listed as agency.

Please double check agency website for verifying if the property is actually listed and refrain from sending any money before apartment visit.

I tried publishing a listing for an apartment rental. It was rejected the first time and I checked their guide on how to get a listing published. My listing corresponded to the guidelines and so I reached out to customer support to ask for the reason why it was rejected. I got an automatic message but no explanation.

I think that your clients deserve an explanation on why listings are rejected. It’s a waste of our time trying to get our listings published without really knowing the cause of rejection.

To fellow landlords, I would recommend that you publish your listings elsewhere.

absolutely disappointing! I read about other users complaining of the 80%+ scam listings. Well, I am starting to doubt if on purpose they reject real owners wanting to lost their property online. I completed all information, posted pics only to get rejected twice and on writing to the customer support asking for reason and helping me correct any errors, the answer I get is, we cannot publish your listing on our site. Like what?? this is a first- the complacency or the absolute scam site . In all cases, blacklisted for me

The site has freshened up and looks very new. Very nice user experience to find listings.

There is absolutely no moderation done on the site. I risk saying that 80% of all apartment listings are scams. Do not recommend this site at all. I wonder if it is purposely done to flourish scamming, given the experience that I've had. Even leboncoin is better than this.
