This is the second time dealing with Chris Cort from getfloorsonline.com I am a designer and wary of on line ordering but Chris made this not only a pleasant experience, his expertise aided me in choosing the perfect tile and it looks amazing. They were spot on with timing and delivery, I was pleased to be updated along the process. I will keep his number on speed dial !

I was growing frustrated of looking for a particular tile that seemed to be discontinued almost everywhere. I stumbled upon get floors online and boy was I happy..not only that I was able to find the item was looking for but the rep Shannon was so informative and patient he answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company as 10/10 Thanks for the experience!

We are a general contracting company who has purchased many times from getfloorsonline.com Our experiences have been great and we will continue to purchase from them. Not many companies still have the high standards of customer service like they do here. After more than 10 orders we haven’t had one issue.

They will not honor their communicated pricing. Total Scam! Worked with Chris, one of their sales reps, who couldn't be any less helpful. I had to source the tile samples myself and when I did, he quoted me a price $550 more than online. My wife and I decided to order directly online even though I would absolutely pay a premium for great service which we did not receive. The online total was $550 less than what Chris said it would cost (photo attached of our confirmed online order). Chris canceled my order without speaking to me. The Sales Manager, Greg Thompson, has not returned my phone calls and ignored the 2 emails I sent. This has caused us to lose 4 additional days on our project as we have to source materials elsewhere.

I agree with all the negative reviews of this shithole company. The trash rats who work there they don't care who you what you want.

This company is fraud . I placed a order they can't charge my 3 different credit cards . After 1 week of delay I gave up . Then a manager asked me to wire money western union or zelle. How can a legitimate company do that. These guys are low life scammers stay away.

Haha I love the reply from this scam dogs. I tried to defraud haha .my credit card and driving license name matched. i provided them my ID and whatever they required but they wasted my time. No company in usa accepts payments via zelle . Avoid scam avoid this scam dogs.

Don't trust them, they are a middle man that has no control over what they are selling you. I contacted them about some flooring that was specified for a project, they told me that had the material in the quantity i needed. I specifically asked the guy multiple times, "is it all the same lot number, i can't have different dye lots", he swore he had the material quantity i needed all in the same dye lot. I placed the order than got a phone call from an "order processor" who i again reminded that I needed all of the material in the same dye lot, she said she understood and then called me back the next day to tell me that her supplier was asking her if this was multiple rooms and the size of each room. I told her i know what they are trying to do, they are trying to sell me multiple dye lots and I explained that I needed all the same dye lot. This went back and forth for about 2 days before they admitted they didn't have enough in stock for my order because it wasn't all the same dye lot (again, nothing more than middlemen). She then told me it would be about 10 weeks to get the material because it had to be made, again lying middlemen. I get a follow up email on August 11th that says my material will be ready on October 17th. While on vacation the week of September 25th, they send me an email that says my material is ready and is shipping and i need to be available to receive it on September 27th. Which is great except i'm out of the country on vacation with limited access to email and my "order processor" received an return email notifying her i was out of town with limited access to email but hey they don't care they already got their money now it's my problem and they don't have any control over the freight company. So they ship the material anyway, even though they know i'm not there to receive it, and suggests I find someone to make sure i accept delivery or i will have to pay additional charges from the trucking company.
