I have to admit I was very skeptical, but when I received the Cortec Manilla Oak luxury vinyl floors they are absolutely beautiful! I had to bend over and touch the floor to make sure it was not wood. I would highly recommend using Get Floors and ask for Chris he was amazing!!!

Easy ordering and a great price for my Teroso Equipe Kasbah Fawn Matte Cross and White matte taco. I was hesitant ordering from this online company cause I waa not familiar with it ... but Chris Cort answered all my questions plus got me a great price so what's not to love! ♥️ Quick delivery even with tacos backordered for a month. The freight company was awesome; the driver even brought my tile to my front porch!!! Can’t wait for it to be installed on my new bathroom floors!

Great flooring dealer. Great pricing and fast shipping

Tried to order some FLEXCO IMO flooring thru this company. I had contacted FLEXCO prior to confirm the product was in stock, the said it was but that I had to order thru a dealer. Spoke to Daniel to place the order then after ordering he suggested a 6-week lead time. A week later Daniel called to say the product was not available, I informed him that FLEXCO said it was. Later he called back stating there was a mix up with their SKU & he would get to the bottom of it. The next email I get is the product is shipping however it's not the same product I ordered. FLEXCO suggested I cancel the order & go with another dealer, however getfloorsonline now says they are not sure they can cancel the order & issue a refund. This company is a huge SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Update: The did eventually cancel the order & issue a refund, however this was way more difficult than it needed to be. Know your product, know what's available & don't ask the customer to explain in detail the product you want due to your sku # being incorrect.

Chris is exceptional! He truly went above and beyond our expectations. Getting us the necessary samples so promptly and making the whole process enjoyable are just a few examples of his outstanding service. We highly recommend him and look forward to working with him on future projects.

On March 18, 2025, I worked with Christian and ordered 28 boxes of star/cross terracotta color tile. His service was incredible and the price I paid (including shipping) saved me several dollars per square foot over other companies with a similar tile. During the order and processing period Kristen in customer service support kept me informed every step of the way. The tile was shipped via FedEx from New Jersey to New Mexico (2/3rd s of the distance across the United States) and arrived today, April 9. To my amazement all 28 cartons of tile arrived in perfect condition with no damage or breakage at all.
As we all know, ordering online can be sketchy sometimes. Let me assure you that if you need tile do yourself a favor and order from Get Floors Online. The service, the price and the continued communication is incredible. Their people make the difference and you save hundreds over other outlets. I"m still sitting here as I write this, amazed that all 28 boxes were unscathed. Excellent company and tremendous service!
