This company is a joke, or possibly a scam. The product does not work for larger breasts, and their customer service does not stand behind their product in the least. No return policy of any kind. Complete waste of money – do not buy. Do not support this company and their bad business practices or lack of understanding of diverse bodies. You are better off with a cheap Amazon knock-off with better adhesive and the ability to return the product if faulty.

None of their products fit, too large or too small. I wanted to try it when they sent me something that was my size per their size chart but came too small, so I elected to exchange for the next size up…big mistake. It was two sizes too big. They’re refusing to accept the return on this exchange product which doesn’t fit. Ridiculous customer service, it takes over two weeks to get returns approved. I would not recommend this to anyone.its overpriced and is no different than any other sticky bra out there with twice the price tag.

I ordered some bras based on their size chart, so I was confident I had chosen the correct size. Unfortunately, after opening one of the boxes, I realised the bra was too big.

Their return policy is incredibly frustrating. The box is sealed with a sticker, and the moment you open it, the item becomes non-returnable. The problem is that there's no way to see the product without opening the box in the first place. Customers are being penalised because of the company's poor packaging design.

A much better solution would be to package the bras in a clear, sealed hygienic bag inside the box. That way, customers could see the product without compromising hygiene, and the item would remain unworn and fully protected unless the inner seal was broken.

I never wore the bra, tried it on, or removed the hygiene seal. I simply opened the outer box to see the product. Despite that, they refused my return and only offered store credit. To make matters worse, they don't even cover the cost of returning the package, meaning you have to pay out of pocket for their restrictive return policy.

Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. I wouldn't order from this brand again. If you're considering buying a similar product, I'd recommend looking at cheaper alternatives on Amazon instead. At least if the sizing isn't right, you haven't spent as much money.

BOOMBA boob tapes really came through for me when I was panicking about what I'd use for my boobs on my open back dress for a wedding. Tried several others that all failed (won't hold, hard to peel off) before giving the BOOMBA tape a last min try. 16+ hours and stuck through the sweat and dancing then peeled off super easy, did not even need to use oil or anything. I'd 100% recommend! PS: I'm a 38DD

I bought a bra and went with their sizing guide! The bra came and was far too small! I contacted them for an exchange and they expect customers to pay for the postage to exchange when I have used their sizing guide which is totally off. Before contacting them I followed refund instructions online which advised to cut the bra in half and send a picture to prove this for a refund. Due to this being absolutely ridiculous and such a waste I emailed them, they told me to ignore their returns portal and to pay to send it back. I do wonder if I had followed these instructions would they have refused to refund. Not a good company

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sent me a product that DOES NOT stick and refuse to cooperate. They asked for videos of the item not adhereing to hand and I sent it. 1 minute and completely fallen off. After threatening to post screenshots of their appalling communication which also included them providing a “complimentary” different and cheaper item in the condition that I sent them photos of the faulty product cut into 4 pieces. I gave them 2 hours after a few days of communication. I received a reply saying they will refund the bra minus usd$25.im in Australia and that equates to aud$36…thats deducting 46% of what i paid for the item!!! Again, condition was I first send them photos of the bra torn up.

I never received my package, and when I reached out for help, I was told to contact the shipping company and file a complaint with them directly. I purchased this product from Boomba, not from the shipping company, so I believe Boomba is responsible for resolving this issue.

I'd prefer a refund rather than a replacement, since a replacement could run into the same shipping issue and wouldn't reach me in time. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed.

Fast delivery but Overrated Products.

The purchase was smooth and straightforward, and the delivery was pretty quick from the US to the Netherlands; however, the products are way overrated. I attached a pair for less than 20 minutes at home while getting ready, and the whole pair kept falling off! I didn't use any lotion or oily products beforehand; it was just my own skin. I'm not a sweaty person either. Honestly, quality like this is just very disappointing. I think those ones you get from drug stores are better.

Save money; it's not necessary to purchase bras from this brand.

Horrible business practices, horrible customer service and DO NOT EVER PAY EXTRA FOR SHIPPING it still will take over a week and if it goes missing they want YOU to walk around knocking on doors to see if any of your neighbors have the package & if not they want you contact the post office report it missing and file a claim which is their job !!

Extremely disappointed with this company, I purchased 3 sets of inserts to try with my wedding dress. I read the returns policy and knew I wanted test a couple of different styles to see which would suit me and my dress best. But only 1 would be kept and worn. When the product arrived I realised you are unable to even see the inserts without breaking a ‘seal’ on the outside of the box. Each insert has its own plastic adhesive which is attached and completely un tampered as none have been worn. But because I broke the seal on the outside of the box, I am unable to return them. These aren’t cheap inserts, and when you’re buying for such an important occasion. You can’t guess which ones are going to work? This returns policy needs a serious overhaul as it is not fair on customers. I have also contacted the customer service email twice, and I am yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. I hope all future customers check trust pilot first, as I wish I had.

Worst experience ever! I placed my order which took a month to arrive. They finally deliver it but to the wrong location. I needed them for an event I was going to and now I have to find a back up plan and I am fighting to get a refund of my money.

Absolutely infuriating when companies make conditions for refunds and exchanges that are ultimately used to prevent customers from returning. There’s a little clear plastic seal on the outside of the box lid. As a consumer if the box is opened to view the merchandise it no longer meets their terms for refund. Brand new merchandise…never touched, but refused to allow return because a little clear plastic sticker on THE BOX had been “tampered with”. They call it a seal. It’s not a seal, and it’s not a food product. It’s sneaky business strategies.

I wore my new bra for the first time yesterday and it really helped enhance my figure without looking unnatural. I’m so pleased with the results! I think I need to adjust the straps a little tighter, as the bra set low and was uncomfortable on my ribs, even though it wasn’t tight. The one thing I would really love is if they could make this bra with more side support, as I need that to keep things smooth under fitted tops. Otherwise you have a real winner here!

I return the original package and receive the next largest size as requested.The new one was obviously a return packaging. It was all torn up and the bra had already been worn. Still have it in the package. it came in figured it was not even worth trying another return

I love the lift and the fact that they will stick soft fabric to your boob so you don’t have to worry about fabric slipping and showing off your boobs.

However, my Demi boost inserts were great until the Caelidh dance at the wedding, which was during the June heatwave, and once I started sweating they stopped sticking to my skin. I had to go to the bathroom to dry my boobs with tissue in order to get them to re-stick.

I also tried to use them with a dress that had boning in, and the material wouldn’t stick to the insert, so was showing off my inserts all night.

Bought these to trial to see if I could wear them at my wedding next year, but we are having a caelidh dance so I won’t be able to wear them sadly.

Good product if you don’t sweat
