I love the lift and the fact that they will stick soft fabric to your boob so you don’t have to worry about fabric slipping and showing off your boobs.

However, my Demi boost inserts were great until the Caelidh dance at the wedding, which was during the June heatwave, and once I started sweating they stopped sticking to my skin. I had to go to the bathroom to dry my boobs with tissue in order to get them to re-stick.

I also tried to use them with a dress that had boning in, and the material wouldn’t stick to the insert, so was showing off my inserts all night.

Bought these to trial to see if I could wear them at my wedding next year, but we are having a caelidh dance so I won’t be able to wear them sadly.

Good product if you don’t sweat

Hi! I wanted to share a customer service experience I had with BOOMBA because I’m honestly at a loss. I originally returned one style and accepted store credit instead of a refund because I intended to reorder. The replacement bras were never used, but they don’t work for me either. I’ve repeatedly asked for a return label so I can send them back and simply have my store credit restored. BOOMBA has refused every request and keeps telling me there is “no resolution.” I’ve also asked to speak with a manager or administrator, but they’ve continued routing me back to the same representative. I’m not asking them to let me keep the product—I’m literally asking to return their unused merchandise. I have the emails documenting everything.

The stickiness after two uses was very disappointing after it said reusable. The micro inserts also said they were waterproof and one was lost when I went into the water, so overall pretty disappointing especially for the price and what’s advertised. The lift for smaller cup sizes (I’m a size A) seems exaggerated in the ads because the lift I get is so minimal after following how to use them.

They sent the wrong order, I kept emailing them but I was left on read. I am disappointed in this, I have ordered previously and couldn't belive how let down I was

Extremely Disappointing Return Policy - Read Before You Buy

I would never purchase from BOOMBA again based on my experience with their return policy and customer service.

To access the product, you must break a small tamper-evident sticker sealing the box. I did exactly that so I could inspect the item. The product itself was never used.

When I requested a refund, BOOMBA denied it because the sticker had been broken. In other words, you permanently lose your right to a refund simply by opening the box to determine whether the product is suitable. There is no practical way to evaluate the product without breaking that seal.

Customer service repeatedly referred to the product as having been "tampered with," which I found misleading. Breaking the security sticker required to open the box is not the same as using or tampering with the product.

Instead of a refund, I was offered an exchange or a 50% discount code for a future purchase. Neither addresses the underlying issue, which is an extremely restrictive return policy that customers should be aware of before ordering.

If you're considering buying from BOOMBA, read the return policy very carefully. If you open the sealed box to inspect the product and it isn't right for you, don't expect to be able to return it.

I won't be purchasing from this company again.

Ordered this on 30/06 with express shipping. Today is 15 July and I did not receive the parcel. DHL have falsely state last week they have tried to deliver ( I was at home) then stated they left the package at collection point. Collection point confirmed same day they did not received the parcel contacted BOOMBA IMMEDIATELY, and they asked me to wait and to contact DHL , after having been left alone to deal with the courier having checked withe collection point shop any package they had one by one and no help from DHL even with a case number opened they (boomba) told me sorry you need wait more 24/48 hours as we are escalating the case only now. They did not make any effort to contact DHL as soon as I reported the problem the completely left me alone in this and let me deal with it without any resources for me to do so. This was supposed to be used for my wedding so you can imagine the disappointment as it is now too late for any action I have now to wait also more time for them to let me know any feedback. I will contest the purchase through paypal, I will get my refund rest assured as this is a SCAM COMPANY do not make my mistake do not buy from them for an important event such a wedding, do not buy from them period. All the good reviews are clearly paid, i wished I had checked trustpilot before purchasing. Don’t fall for the IG/Titok paid collaboration or ads it is indeed a scam.

Terrible for the environment!!

This company has no morals on protecting the environment with its ridiculous returns policy on destroying items!

I brought 3 Everyday Double Push-Up Bras, I only tried on one and didn’t try the other two, didn’t feel the need. I went to return these items only to get to a step in the process that tells you that because of their strict hygiene policy, they do not accept returns, so destroy the item and take a photo 😳 strict hygiene policies but screw the environment! I was utterly disgusted

Utterly disgraceful! I’d rather donate these for free and lose £104 than destroy something that’s perfectly fit for purpose! I just didn’t like the fact the bra made me look like I had gained 12lbs

If I knew about their returns policy, I would never have purchased from this company!! Lesson learned

Bought 2 pairs of these for my wedding dress, first pair were too big but I was unable to return. So ordered another pair without so much boost. They seemed to be good when I tried them. But the wedding day was quite hot so although they stayed stuck to the dress, they lost all stick to my skin. So an absolute waste of money.

They are awful. The triangle double sided enhancements don’t properly fit and leave gaps. Their return policy is practically non existent
The adhesive came off mine within 5 minutes of just trying on a dress. Waste of money

I ordered a sticky bra from them on May 23rd and it was supposed to arrive on June 2. Everything in the delivery process was going smoothly until it was time for usps to deliver the item to my door. Then I saw the tracking site for usps update saying that they couldn’t deliver due to insufficient address and immediately started the process to return to sender. I called the post office to see what the issue was and found out that there was an error with the unit # to my apartment. I went to check the order form I filled out and my address was correct on there but not on the package when it was shipped. It was delivered back to their warehouse about 6 days later and the warehouse lost the package! Something is definitely up with their warehouse because it also took them 4 days to drop it off at the post office once the shipping label was created.

I got maybe one good wear out of them. As soon as you start to sweat they move around and fall off. Since they’re not attached it’s really hard to make them “even”. It looked like I had lopsided boobs. I had a better experience with the $20 sticky bras off amazon

The product is cheap and low quality, so I requested a refund. I was informed that returning the product will cost me what I paid for the two bras, and if I didn't accept that they would negotiate a partial refund.

Bonbombs is a criminally minded business with contempt for American consumers.
It has no intention of issuing refunds under any circumstances, and they have no fear of legal consequences. The moral of the story is: buy American and boycott foreign retailers. Secondly, file complaints with your state Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commision. The FTC has subsidiaries, including the econsumer.govComplaintAssistant. The crooks can be sanctioned if enough people build a case against them.
This abuse will continue until buyers put companies like this out of business.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The bras stick but don’t lift. The tape barely sticks and even the reusable tape cannot be reused. When you complain about false claims in advertising they repeat their returns process over and over (basically no returns or refunds) worth noting there are no negative reviews on their insta. Obviously getting them all removed.
Avoid like the plague, keep your money. NOT WORTH IT

Your products are hard to reuse and no more sticky function after using once ! No information about tutorial of how to keep it and reuse

What a nightmare. Ordered a comfy which took over 1 month to arrive. Turns out, it was shipped from China. The bra was supposed to be lightly lined. It was very much padded. Began the return process and it took over a week to be approved for a return. Finally got the return label and had to take it to Fed Ex drop off location. Got confirmation it was delivered to Indianapolis 1 week later. Here we are 1 month later and Boomba claims they never got my return. OutrightThieves. Additionally, once you make a purchase, they automatically make you an ambassador. Beware.

THIS IS A SCAM, NEVER SENT. Complete scam order this 11 days ago and the Australia post number is fake. They never sent them and never replied to emails.

I ordered 2x stick on bra products for an upcoming wedding. Unfortunately the beige colour is so dark compared to my skin that it shows through my dress!
I tried to return the items but found their returns procedure so dodgy. After requesting a return for my unused, unopened items, they told me to send photos of all of the items (including the free gift) cut up into 4 pieces per item. I think this is a terrible waste in this current climate. Also, if I were to cut the items up, they did not explain how to get the photos to them (the emails were no reply), and I have no faith that they would honour the £90 refund I am owed.
Avoid!! Overpriced and not skin colour for the average white girl
